My wife has brought our SUV in twice for tires and both times was told my Lynch mechanics that her brakes were in dangerous condition (first rear, then front on the second occasion) and needed to be replaced (pads and rotors) ASAP. Both times we took the vehicle to another local mechanic who told us the brakes had 10,000 miles or more life left and recommended against immediate replacement. These other mechanics passed up easy money since we brought in the car expecting to have the brakes replaced. Once might have been a fluke. Not twice. Lynch, you are lucky I am not motivated enough to report you to the BBB. EDIT: My wife informed me today that the pads were *measured* by the other mechanic. This is completely objective. There's really no conceivable way it could be a difference of opinion or something subjective. And, remember, this is the second time this has happened. (Why did she go back after the first time? She'd forgotten about it. I had not but didn't realize she was going there until afterwards.) Here is a pic of the brake pads Lynch said were too dangerous to drive with. The other mechanic laughed at loud at that. He said the measurements show they should have 10,000 miles left.

The Lynch Chevy dealership then recommended we go to a Ford dealer not part of the Lynch family to have the warranty work completed. I asked him to "Come down a couple bucks off the list price to make me feel good about the purchase." He cordially agreed. Great. We made an appointment for me to come in. I was in a tight spot and needed a new work vehicle ASAP. After I arrive at Lynch and we begin. In the middle of our deal Jeremy takes another customer. Jeremey graces me with his presence 30 MINUTES LATER after failing to close a different deal. Lynch refused to come down a PENNY off the list price. For a vehicle that had been on the lot FOR OVER A YEAR. Jeremey argues with me, is insulting, and makes the process entirely miserable. For some bizarre reason caveman "Dave I." the social media guy comes in and presents me an internal memo. He lies stating it is the manufacturers invoice. A manufactuer invoice not on letterhead without the logo that is the same as the MSRP. Sure thing Dave! When I returned to pick up a cargo mat I bought at their Parts department Jeremy was rude and hostile when I mention mechanical issues. Nothing like good service after the sale! SUMMARY: Lynch Mukwonago is short sighted. Greedy. They made a quick buck rather than make years worth of sales on fleet vehicles. I've been steering all affiliates away from Lynch Mukwonago since 2019. Please don't give them your hard earned money!

Anyway, got to the dealership at 2:30 PM (early) after I took off early from work. Got to the information desk, and they also asked me if I would like an alignment after the tires were mounted. I said what the heck ... yes. Long story short... I waited three hours in the waiting room for four tires to be put on my car. The service tech came to me a half an hour before they were finished to tell me there was a downtime with the spin balancer. Also they wouldn't be able to get to my alignment, because they were closing at 5 PM. Why would you offer to give me an alignment, if you knew you couldn't do it? Also why did it take them all that time to tell me that there was something wrong with the spin balancer while I waited in an a half waiting room? I missed an appointment...and I guess that was my fault for waiting. And, here's the big question? If you're that busy, why would you take on a tire change if you couldn't support it with staff? I usually come here, but I think I should've went to Lois tire, which was my first choice. And here's the grand finale... Besides " I am sorry," they didn't even offer me a free car wash or maybe half off an alignment on a future day. They just said "sorry" because they had to get home at 5 o'clock! I am all alone in the waiting room, and all the staff is jumping ship like it's sinking. Where is the courtesy, and professionalism? The customer does not come first at this establishment. I will go to Kunes Ford in Delavan for future repairs.

Would not trust with a single $1. Buy with EXTREME CAUTION and don't believe a single word they…read moresay. I bought an Opel from this dealership at their Tampa location and was told everything was in working order and was drivable. It was NOT in working order and the driving video shared was apparently from many months prior. First of all, they got the year wrong on the paperwork, which meant all of the paperwork had to be redone. I told them I would sign the new paperwork when I arrived in a week and a half time. After badgering me everyday for days to sign the updated paperwork remotely (should have been a big red flag, but I thought I could trust these guys), I signed the updated paperwork. They were clearly badgering me to sign the updated paperwork because the car was far from drivable. There was a MAJOR leak coming from the fuel tank (gushing ounces of fuel a second) AND a carburetor fuel leak, constantly dripping fuel inches from the exhaust header. Far from drivable. On top of this, they had to cold start the engine with starting fluid directly to the carburetor (likely also related to the carburetor leak issue, but sorting through that at the moment). Now when buying a classic car, I expect to have to do some work. I'm not complaining about the following, but would have appreciated being aware of these before buying - the headlights didn't work; one brake light was out; the aftermarket alarm for the car didn't work; there were some exterior and interior blemishes that conveniently weren't captured in various picture angles (I actually think some photos were doctored looking back at the picture, but obviously hard to prove)... These alone are annoying, but all of them are expected in buying a 50+ year-old classic car. What is NOT expected is to show up to a dealership expecting to drive a car away for them to have to start a car with starting fluid and when they add fuel, have that fuel pouring out of the bottom of the gas tank. Even if those were fixed, fuel dripping onto the exhaust headers is a recipe for highway disaster. I talked with the corporate team who felt this was an appropriate way to deal with customers. No redressability or accountability!
