The vehicle was in service at least 6 times before the Lynch agreed to repurchase the vehicle and offered us a brand new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 RST with 17 miles. This one has had continuous issues as well. The Android Auto fails all of the time. They stated they installed a new radio in August which has led to the Android Auto and sound failure in the entire vehicle. We have had this vehicle in for service 5 times to no avail. Shop anywhere else, you will thank me later.

They do further inspections and alert you to other issues, while being honest with the underlying problems. Flash forward to today, and I now have a newer truck, but my wife takes her vehicle there. 10 years later, and the same great service and workmanship is happening. The recall notice stated the repair takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. The service scheduler told me it will take 2-3 hours to complete the replacement. I disputed that. He scheduled my approximant. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that they do not have the replacement cameras in stock, and they do not know when they will receive them. No one at Wilde Honda bothered to call me to cancel my appointment. So, I wasted a trip to their service department.

Photos previously posted on your website show both were working properly when the vehicle was in your possession. Richard informed us that the vehicle would not start. Gateway Classic then charged the vehicle and attempted to replace fuses without our knowledge or approval. We were given no explanation for the damage to the lock. Under the contract, Gateway Classic should have contacted us immediately when the vehicle failed to start so we could decide how to proceed. Instead, Gateway Classic diagnosed the issue and attempted repairs without our knowledge or authorization. Chris Rockwell described this as maintenance, but a vehicle that will not start does not present a routine maintenance issue, and replacing fuses is an attempted repair. Richard Pierce acknowledged as much, stating that Gateway Classic "technically should have called us." We were also told, after receiving a low offer, that the radio was not working and would cost $2,800 to repair. If no diagnostics were performed, it is unclear how Gateway Classic arrived at that figure. We were also told that this was normal and happens all the time to these cars. When trying to resolve the issue via email, we were ignored. I would not leave my vehicle with this company.

I understand that used cars can come with risks, but a vehicle failing almost immediately raises serious concerns about how it was inspected or represented before sale. I would strongly caution others to be very careful when considering buying a vehicle from this dealer. Make sure to get an independent inspection and understand exactly what you're getting into, because support after the purchase will not be there.
