Once again I had to stop by for an emissions test and sticker. These guys are extremely polite, professional and just a great group to deal with. Even the dog is nice. Thank you for having a true old school shop. read more

Jonathan was so so helpful, informative and nice!! i've come here for years and have had great service :)

Another great service experience at WISCO Automotive! Came in on a Saturday morning as a walk in with a tire losing pressure. They were super busy but still found a way to slip me in and inspect my tire, pull the nail causing the problem and send me on my way before they closed at noon! Amazing customer service by the gentleman at the front desk! Thanks! read more

Trustworthy mechanics!! It's always hard to find a place that you can feel like they are being honest with you about your vehicle. Soooo many places just want to make a quick buck. We all work hard for our money; and EVERYTHING is just so expensive!!! I don't want to dread maintaining and caring for my vehicle because of what it might cost. I've been bringing my Jeep to Wisco for years. Basic maintenance- oil changes; which includes tire rotation, fluids check, and a once over to make sure nothing is due to be maintained or replaced. As a woman, we get taken for a ride at a lot of dealership/service centers. It's assumed we have no clue as to what is going on w our vehicles. I've NEVER felt taken advantage of or talked down to when bringing my Jeep to Wisco. They are straightforward and informative on what they are doing or what is recommended. My Jeep had been making a noise so I actually took it into a dealership as I wasn't sure if I was still under warranty. It wasn't. I paid $200+ for them to tell me my transfer case and front axle needed replacing. Would run me $4500+. Decided to take it to Wisco for a second opinion- as they have never steered me wrong. (From oil changes, filter changes, new tires, etc..) They were quickly able to get me in, listened to what I was concerned about and what the dealership told me,.. After assessing my concerns, they noted that I still had a lot of life left on the two items the dealership said needed to be replaced IMMEDIATELY!! Wisco automatically checks this kind of stuff while doing an oil change, so I know when I get closer to needing to replace them, they will give me the heads up. AND- they didn't charge me one cent to look it over!! I mean seriously- they are paying employees to look over my Jeep- yet aren't even charging me to do this. THIS is what small town businesses are all about. Taking care of their customers. And Wisco does it better than any other mechanic I've dealt with. They will always get my business, and I am always recommending to friends and family- even more so after today. The best part is they always leave candy in your vehicle when done!! Not sure if this is an every time thing, but I think so!! Always brings a smile to my face and makes my day better!! They offer a lot of other services- so definitely a place to check out w all things related to your vehicle!! read more

We brought our truck in to be detailed. It was a fairly clean truck we had just purchased. Apparently this is a new service and they charged $287 for what I am not sure. None of the side pockets were done, Still found dog hair in the crevices ( did you ever hear of a crevice tool?) The inside metal door panels were still dirty and it appeared that armour all was applied right over the dirt. The front center console was not touched and still had obvious debris. The headliner still had dirt marks, (my bad I didnt check ahead of time to see if this would be done). Nothing was touched in pickup bed, nor was the tonneau cover. Maybe that isnt part of a total detailing package?? Again probably my ignorance. I was so disappointed and angry we had paid that amount for such a crappy job! I have been getting my cars both older and newer detailed frequently at two other places but they were both booked out months. (They both charge far less and DO A MUCH BETTER JOB and clean the engine as well) To their credit the WISCO manager did offer to redo if we brought it back but I had already started cleaning what was missed because the truck was needed for a trip. read more

This place is a sham, they towed a car from a gas station I ran out of gas at which is across the street from Wisco automotive. I've been trying to get a price to go get the vehicle and several times I'm told they will call back with a total. What? Is there no price list? They charge what they feel like? Also, they never call back so I still do not know what the price is but I'm being charged daily storage I am sure? What a scam. Do not have them tow your vehicle and I am sure the repair estimates are just as shitty. read more

Found this business by having to have a intoxalock installed on my daughter's car. The customer service is outstanding! Brad did an amazing job helping her understand the use of the unit and answer any and all of our questions. The shop is well organized, clean and employees are very nice. I would highly recommend this business for any car needs you may have. read more

You couldn't ask for a more accommodating shop. Matt Gums (owner) has made an amazing business by hiring great mechanics and having unmatched customer service. I recently had issues with a turn signal failure on my suv. I ordered a new headlight assembly and I was told on Wednesday they might not be able to fix it until possibly Monday at the latest, but drop it off and they'll see what they could do. It's now the following day and my vehicle was ready for pick up at 11am! That means they MADE time for me. Unreal guys. That's loyalty to a return customer and as long as you are a shop, I'll stay loyal to you. Thanks Matt. And also a big thank you to Lorne! read more

To whom it may concern, I do not recommend this place to anyone. My 69 year old mother was takin advantage of. She needed a car in the worst way was sold a vehicle that she paid way more then she should have. She paid $3500.00 for it. Kelley Blue Book show that that vehicle price would be in excellent condition. This is not the case. She should have only paid $1500.00 at the most. We are finding that the vehicle has bad (abs)brakes, bad wheel bearings, the power steering was jury rigged. They said that they everything was looked at and it was good to drive off of the lot. So far, she has replaced power steering lines, inner ty-rod and boots, right front wheel bearing assembly and hub, right front CV shaft, and there is still work that needs to be done. Who does this? And did not give her a receipt/bill of sale. She went back to confront the business to see if they could work with her and they tried to deny that she bought the vehicle there and then pointed out the guy that sold it to her. The owner told my mother if she wanted a vehicle without any problems, that she should have bought a new one. Any good mechanic/auto dealer would not let something like this off the lot. They should be ashamed to take advantage of anyone like this who does not know much about cars. You will not gain trust from customers treating people like this. So far, total cost spent to date in repairs is $2500.15 in repairs and still going. read more
