I asked Mark to install 3 plugs on the back side of the engine, the hard ones to replace. He advised that would require and hour of service $138. I agreed and signed the agreement. I ended up with a bill including $126.00 diagnostic test. I was told, a new or rebuilt transmission would be appropriate. Do you think they checked the transmission fluid? No but they charged me $126.00 to read the code. I understand car Dealer Service Centers earn $1,000,0000 per year. I think Mark is right up there, ripping off people like me. If you are an honest operator, is there any hope for people driving older cars ?? BAIT AND SWITCH! I spent a few days of discussion with "Matthew" (social media platform - fb…read moreMarketplace) about availability and compatibility of an advertised, new CID grapple rake for my tractor (Price: $1,325.00). As I was driving down to Burlington with my tractor in tow (considerable time/distance/expense on my part), he increased the price by $225.00. When I arrived, there was no Matthew there, and the owner, Mike, refused to honor the agreed-upon price. I was told that post was an old ad and it was my fault for not checking the date of the posting, even though Matthew was communicating with me via that same post. ?? Mike would not budge on the price, even though I had photos of the originally-advertised price and the time it was changed on fb. On top of that, they charged me a credit card service fee. Photos support the accuracy of this post. I do NOT recommend doing business with this company - No integrity!

They did not disappoint. I usually go to the dealer, but they ripped me off a ton of money last year. Anyway, the mechanic, Chuck, did a thorough diagnostic test, checked all that could be wrong, test drove my car, and found nothing wrong. I was told it was most likely my driving habits causing the engine light to illuminate. I checked out with Lauren, who was very nice. She explained the findings in detail. She said to bring the car back if the light comes on again. To make the visit even more special, Lauren told me there would be "no charge". Holy Lucky Day, Batman. I was ecstatic. I admit, I cried when I drove away. I'm not usually that fortunate. Veteran's is a treasure. They were honest, fair and professional.
