i was looking for an honest car shop. i thought a/c auto was it after junior called out work…read moreanother car shop did not do properly on my veichle. however, they charged me for it. i appreciate that greatly. so i truly thought i made the right choice bringing my vehicle to them. i initially came in for new tires, however, i wanted junior to check the work a prior shop did. unfortunately, turns out a/c auto mechanics that worked on my vehicle created additional problems with my truck as well after i spent $5000 with them in cash. they kept adding things on that "supposedly " need to be did. when i took my truck to them my baby was running very smoothly with no sound or shaking. no check engine light was on or thermostat issues, nor was my truck doing the "harlem shake". that evening after getting off work all these things happened simultaneously. after spending the amount of money i did, this was the last thing anyone look to happen. i took my truck back to him the following day disappointed of the mechanics work. junior stated the rack and pinion was a big job, he'll re- check it. junior told me not to worry he'll fix the problem. after rechecking my truck he stated the rack and pinion was now done correctly and it should be fine going forward. at least this is what i was hoping. 3 days later the check engine light came back on and my vehichle started shaking again. only this time after returning to the shop he says it's a cylinder 5 misfire. i just had my emmisions test did prior to bringing a/c auto my truck. i showed junior my pass emmission test i took right before his mechanics started working on my truck. i reminded junior these problems was the very reason i brought my vehicle back to their shop after they've supposedly repaired it the 1st time. i told junior to put his self in my shoes. knowing he paid to have work did just for this to be the experience. he shook his head saying his mechanics did nothing wrong with my truck. his mechanics also broke my water pump while doing the rack and pinion. junior had the nerve to say they put another water pump on free of charge. later admitting they broke it and put "a good used water pump" in place of the one they broke. ugh!! so many things occurred that never should have. i'm not accusing junior personally, if he wasn't the one working on my vehicle. however, i do know his mechanics are very dishonest. if he's aware of it, after defending them the way he did. then he's just as big of a crook as his mechanics are. #where #are #the #honest #mechanics

The vehicle was fully functional when I arrived, no problem on the keys at all! After an inspection, I was given a quote of over $2k which I declined as it was far too expensive for the issue. After waiting a long time to get my car back, I went to ask what was going on and was told my car wouldn't start, and they didn't know why. They insisted the issue was likely related to an ignition problem they had mentioned during a visit back in August -- even though I explained that problem had already been resolved, and my car was working perfectly when I brought it in (besides the noise) They kept pushing me to leave the car and pay them to investigate, despite my repeated explanations. I also asked to speak with the shop owners and was refused, with no proper resolution offered. After three hours of back and forth, I finally called a tow truck to remove my car from the shop. When the tow arrived, we discovered the real reason it wouldn't start: They opened my key and removed the chip inside. This is completely unacceptable and deeply dishonest. Any reputable business should operate with transparency and integrity, this place clearly does not. I do not recommend this shop under any circumstances!

Wow, they are horrible to the customers once they take your money. They looked at the vehicle, told us he will replace the engine with a junk yard engine for $2000. On a junk yard engine that may also break?! Now I question how many rigged cars they sell besides ours. He may have a nice smile & a good talker. But, to sell a lemon knowing it was pretty much dead. Unacceptable ‼ Guess BBB will have to get involved. I have made reviews along with many friends. He deletes any bad comments & keeps the good. What a way to cheat the ratings numbers. This was a verbal discussion, of course nothing was in writing. Three weeks later, with very little communication on their part, they let us know the Buick is ready to go. During this time, if we enquired on the status of our vehicle it was all on our part. The most we were told was "not ready yet, check engine light is on now, we're trying to figure that out". So today my husband goes to pick the Buick up and the total is $9,500!!!! Almost double the original quote. We never would have spent that much on a 2010 Buick! We were not even given the option of agreeing or disagreeing to this price. Most reputable businesses will call and say "Hey, we found this wrong with it now, it will now be this much....." . Or even better, have us initial off on a quote. Not ONCE was this offered to us, only verbal quotes. The best part of this poor business practice is when I called to express my outrage, "Scott", only argued with me about how he never said "$5500-7000", I said "$8,000". Now they are insulting our intelligence as we NEVER would have agreed to that much on repairing a used car. But of course, there is no PAPER trail to this quote because they put nothing in writing!!! We only have our word against his and he is LYING. So, this is my first review of any business but didnt want anyone else to go through what we did, especially with how hard times are these days. They professionally perform the work you request for a fair (not cheap) price. Occasionally they point out another repair/concern but never jump into it until walking you through their opinion (sometimes we do the work, sometimes we let it ride). Above all else, they are trustworthy. Finally, I've been at the counter several times when someone comes in with a vehicle blowing smoke and driving sideways, asking to make it run like new. Or worse yet, some hungover/strung-out person comes in screaming that they have to have their properly towed vehicle immediately! Its contents immediately!! Ect.!!! Simply put, no one likes the warden when YOU have done something very wrong.

Not honest. When we moved to the area the stem for our tire valve broke. I had a injury so I called…read moreahead of time and had a female family member bring in the tire. I knew the valve could simply be replaced by removing it from the tire pressure monitoring sensor (TPMS) threaded inlet. Well they failed the honesty test for a simple cheap repair. She was quoted $200 to order a new TPMS and valve assembly. That's what happens when you own a car with a fancy emblem I suppose. Too bad for them I know a thing or two about cars and didn't fall for their inflated quote for an unnecessary repair. All they had to do was unscrew the valve assembly and replace it but all they cared about was screwing us over. She brought the tire to discount tire who fixed the valve for free while she waited. I wouldn't trust this shop especially if you're an "outsider" and new to the area. This was a easy repair imagine if I brought it in for a check engine light they could have really inflated the repair estimate.
