They did not mention this issue. I paid for the repairs, expecting I could park this thing like a normal person would and the key would come out of the ignition, like it always did before I took it to the shop. That was not the end result that I got. I'm giving them two stars because the vehicle is usable, but now has this quirky way of having to put it into park. That doesn't seem like a satisfactory fix for a car repair shop, but that's just my opinion. They told me after the fact that it's a shifter lever problem causing this, and that would be a really expensive fix, but I wasn't told about this specific piece until I took it back after they "fixed" it. I expected the vehicle to work the way it worked before the cable broke and I took it to the shop. That's what fixing means, but instead while it now will shift, it now has a new issue that it didn't have before. They even acknowledged that one of them repairmen in there could never put it in park the right way that it would release the key. They spend all day messing with it yesterday, just to land on "let's show him the special way to get it in park." Unimpressed to say the least. My opinions on pricing could be off base, but I will share the receipt and let you make judgments for yourself.

I thought we had an account here but when we entered my phone number it didn't come up so the attendant explained that it is probably the stores that start with a q. He gave me the application and entered my phone number to get points for this first purchase. He was very nice and helpful. I wish we had these near where we live in Chicago. They always have specials on both hot food and grocery items, usually, something to eat for a buck like a cheeseburger, grilled cheese, or egg roll, way better than most gas station food. Milk and bread are usually a bargain as well. Kwik Trip was early in the store brand game, so you'll find a lot of quality snack foods with their own names on them for less than the big brands. Washrooms are always spotless. The company is an amazing growth story, when I first started visiting them in Lacrosse, WI, they had three stores. Now 800+ in WI, IL, IA, and MN.

I've tried getting sandwiches in person twice and have felt unwelcome both times trying to order a sandwich. If you don't like your job- quit. If you need more staff because you're busy- hire more. There was one person checking out ahead of me and they said "it's going to be a few minutes". So I politely waited to hand my papers to the women making the sandwiches. I was looking down at their cheese selection and out of the corner of my eye I see a hand shaking toward me. She did not say a word to me but I handed her my papers because she had an annoyed look her face while shaking her hand at me. I told her to cancel my order because I didn't do anything to deserve to be treated that way. I went straight to the fridge, grabbed a soda, and as I was walking back to the counter, the sloppily dressed older lady said move your truck in a snotty voice. I was the only person at the gas station, no one at the pumps which I wasnt blocking at the time anyway. I said I surely would but she refused to sell me the soda which in all would have taken 30 seconds in total. I didnt browse around, went in for a specific purchase. horrible customer service and attitude yet again from these morons who run this place. Antioch has few options for fuel/convienience stores, but dont waste your time spending money here.
