Not thinking to much about it cause he is the owner snd should know what he's doing. But when I got home and looked there were so many zip ties I couldn't count them and they were on a hot engine. WHAT!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! Took my car to someone else removed the zip ties and fixed whatever they broke for 80.00. Yes 80.00. The part that broke was only 14.00 I will never ever ever go there or tell anybody else. And each time they had my car for about 4 days always making excuses. Denny may be a nice guy but I can't believe he had me leave there with plastic zip ties holding parts together in a hot engine. And on top of that when I went to take it to the place that fixed it when I started it, it sounded terrible. BEWARE!!!!!!

My daughter's 2008 Audi A3 would not start due to an ignition switch issue in the steering column because the key would not turn. Once we got the car to start, it would not turn off. I started looking on Google for nearby repair shops that work on foreign cars. I called and explained the situation to Keith. He was familiar with the problem and said it was a common issue in the older cars. Keith knew we were in a predicament and offered to help us right away even though we didn't have an appointment. Keith was able to turn off the car and diagnose the issue. He provided us with a couple repair options (new or used parts) with his recommendation and estimate. We went with new parts and the car was ready the next day. Keith even offered to come pick my daughter up with the car and bring her back to the shop. After leaving she noticed the air bag light was on and went back to shop. Without hesitation, Keith took the car back and resolved the issue next day. I was really impressed when Keith called a few days later to check on the car and said to let him know if there are any more issues related to the repair and that he would stand by his work. Our vehicle remained at the shop for an extended period while parts were being ordered, some of which were reportedly backordered. After the parts were installed, the warning light remained on and the original issue was not resolved. At that point, we were advised to take the vehicle to the dealership. We spent a couple thousand dollars on emissions-related repairs based on the garage's recommendations, yet the problem remains unresolved. As retirees on a limited income, we cannot afford additional costly repairs. We were not offered any refund, partial reimbursement, or clear explanation of what the actual problem might be or how it could be fixed. While we understand that some repairs can be difficult to diagnose, our experience left us feeling that we paid a significant amount of money without receiving a solution to the issue that brought us in. We encourage others to use caution and ask detailed questions before authorizing major repairs.
