Let me tell you Kevin & his son Colby are awesome. They diagnosed it & it was running smoothly & the power was back! The repair cost I thought was very fair too. I was also impressed by what these guys work on, from the looks of the vehicles there being serviced they tackle anything, from small to big to jobs that a lot of mechanics should shy away from.     I have a 2009 town & country displaying transmission irregularities, and the engine running rough…read more I am 83 and travel locally to the store and family members. I asked Mark to install 3 plugs on the back side of the engine, the hard ones to replace. He advised that would require and hour of service $138. I agreed and signed the agreement. I ended up with a bill including $126.00 diagnostic test. I was told, a new or rebuilt transmission would be appropriate. Do you think they checked the transmission fluid? No but they charged me $126.00 to read the code. I understand car Dealer Service Centers earn $1,000,0000 per year. I think Mark is right up there, ripping off people like me. If you are an honest operator, is there any hope for people driving older cars ?? Try checking the Transmission fluid level, it is not impossible even though it is a sealed system, it has a cap clearly visible and accessible. Gary K.
