I asked Mark to install 3 plugs on the back side of the engine, the hard ones to replace. He advised that would require and hour of service $138. I agreed and signed the agreement. I ended up with a bill including $126.00 diagnostic test. I was told, a new or rebuilt transmission would be appropriate. Do you think they checked the transmission fluid? No but they charged me $126.00 to read the code. I understand car Dealer Service Centers earn $1,000,0000 per year. I think Mark is right up there, ripping off people like me. If you are an honest operator, is there any hope for people driving older cars ?? Try checking the Transmission fluid level, it is not impossible even though it is a sealed system, it has a cap clearly visible and accessible. Gary K.

I have had some issues since the beginning but nothing out of control up until July of 2025. From July to present, I had taken my car to SIX different mechanics. My tires had been cupping since my factory set, by 50k miles I was having more severe issues such as vibrations, whomping noise, feeling as though I was on a rumble strip, swaying, and wobbling. At first, I was told I was not rotating my tires enough, then was told its due to my tires being shot, then because I had a twisted rim, then my suspension... Some of these mechanics would simply write me off after calling and telling them I was still having issues, some made me feel as though I was crazy, some were simply guessing without even inspecting my car, replacing what they thought might be it, while I was paying for it all. Wisco Automotive found my car had been in a bad accident prior to me, frame was damaged and fixed prior to me, a lot of replacements on the body, wheel assembly was bent, the camber was way off and bolt kit was seized, all four wheels were out of balance, discount tire never put the hub centric rings on my new rims, AND firestone recommended and put tires on my car that are not meant for my car leaving a noisy and rough ride. After a year and a half of ups and downs and feeling as though I was screaming for no one to hear... WISCO AUTOMOTIVE GOT IT FIXED!!!!! They are the FIRST to truly LISTEN and actually inspect my car fully and thoroughly. This car was literally every ounce of my stress over the last 4 months. It got to the point where I just parked it in fear of it not being safe and chewing up yet ANOTHER good set of tires. I literally do not have the words for how grateful I am for Wisco Automotive, I finally found good, honest mechanics that went literally above and beyond to figure this out, just like they told me they would in the beginning. Loren pulled favors, worked after hours, and borrowed tires to test mine, just to ensure he figured it out PROPERLY. I'll never trust another mechanic but Wisco Automotive after everything I have gone through. Thank God there are still honest, common sense people out there. I truly cannot thank them enough. They gave me my freedom back.

First I had an appointment to have my parking brake line reattached (it had dropped) and the Service writer (I didn't catch her name) said it would be $115 to look at it and determine the repair. Some what surprised at the $115 ( which I assume is the hourly shop rate ) I said that seemed high given we could both see what the problem is ( you could see the line hanging under the truck ) she, without prompting lowered to $50 which would have been my deductible for the repair under warranty. They reattached the line etc. for the $50. I was impressed that she had the authority to make customer service decisions on the spot. I then went across the street to their body shop and asked that they look at my drivers door which was misaligned. Travis looked at it and said they see this all the time and would adjust "no charge" and said it would only take a few minutes. He took my keys on the spot and drove the truck around to the service bay and brought it back ten minutes later. To say the least, I was thoroughly impressed. I seriously just pulled into the shop, no appointment and drove off 15 minutes later with a no charge adjustment! I can easily say that has never happened before with ANY service provider! Miller Motors has earned a loyal customer in me!
