I was looking for a good reputable repair shop to get a few repairs done on my 04 Chevy Silverado…read more It wasn't running as smoothly as it could, misfiring, check eng light on. I have a 2009 town & country displaying transmission irregularities, and the engine running rough…read more I am 83 and travel locally to the store and family members. I asked Mark to install 3 plugs on the back side of the engine, the hard ones to replace. He advised that would require and hour of service $138. I agreed and signed the agreement. No but they charged me $126.00 to read the code. I understand car Dealer Service Centers earn $1,000,0000 per year. I think Mark is right up there, ripping off people like me. If you are an honest operator, is there any hope for people driving older cars ?? Try checking the Transmission fluid level, it is not impossible even though it is a sealed system, it has a cap clearly visible and accessible. Gary K.
