Absolute game changer for post-op recovery! I visited Lymphatic Flow just 5 days post-op, and I cannot recommend them enough. I had the pleasure of working with both Rejane and Letty, and they are hands-down the best. Having experienced several different LDM therapists after them, I can confidently say that these two are my absolute favorites. From the start, the experience was seamless. They both greeted me warmly outside the salon and led me to their room (suite #7) which is incredibly whimsical, clean and relaxing; exactly the kind of environment you want to be in when you're healing. Their professionalism, knowledge, experience and certifications really shine through. Easy to talk to and personable too. I loved how collaborative they were; Rejane took notes in my chart so that when I saw Letty my next appt, she knew my exact surgical history and what areas needed focus. I was feeling anxious about my post-op swelling and lumps, but they completely reassured me, while also validating that my doctor had done a great job. They were so incredibly gentle and careful with me, even offering to help me take off and put back on my faja, which was not easy for me. I've had 5 total LDM therapists, and they were the only ones to offer the help so far. The results speak for themselves: I walked in wearing my faja on the loosest hook and left with it on the tightest hook. My swelling went down significantly, and this visit felt like the ultimate turning point in my recovery. My mobility improved immediately afterward. Since they work with a lot of post op clients, they even recommended me to size down on my faja, which I also appreciated. On top of the top-tier care, the logistics were flawless. Communication was great, and I appreciated the reminder texts the day before and the day of my appointment. The location is easy to find, parking is a breeze, and you can grab your parking validation stickers right from the vending machine inside the salon. I'm not local, but I bought the package, and was able to transfer it to my MIL for LDM to help with her lipedema. SCAM ALERT! Stay clear of this business! They have a tendency to scam you with double payments. Request cash payments on top of already bought vouchers. Decent massage but owner has some serious issues. Dont ever share even the approximate area where you reside or she may follow you to your door. I had brought a groupon for this service and at the time of payment, the owner refused to scan the voucher and told me to pay directly. She said she doesnt accept if twice even though it says in big bold letters on the groupon app that "the deal can be used an unlimited amount of times" She said that if i get a refund from groupon i can pay her later. Groupon didnt honor and refund and i offered to even pay the difference so she could scan groupon and i can pay the remaining amount by cash but she refused and THREATENED TO CALL THE LAWYER on me. And was creepy enough to reach the door of my apartment. Eventually to get her off my back from following me, i paid her the full amount on top of that already bought groupon. Groupon and this company tries to get double payment. Groupon doesn't get used and this owner also charges you directly. If you scroll all the way down under instructions and things to consider, under a huge paragraph on groupon it says right at the end limit 1 per use but its misleading because it also says right on top that it could be used twice. The owner misbehaved and was very unreasonable and for a double payment this massage was anything but underwhelming and intrusive in regards for privacy and safety. read more

I can't explain how happy I was to find this place so close to home! I originally called asking for packaging pricing while on the way to another place where I had already scheduled a massage. If you don't have someone to drop you off for your appointment there are street meters and lots around the neighborhood, be prepared to arrive 10 minutes early so you can find proper parking. I really didn't know what to expect and was even a little skeptical because I seen someone else's review stating that it was a weird location and she worked out of her home. Completely FALSE information. When I walked into her establishment it was warm, welcoming, clean and decorated so beautifully! The complex where shes located is called Met Lofts. They are work/ live lofts. If you don't know what that means, it means that some of the residents there actually live there and some only run their business out of there, and thats exactly what she does. Her location is just a business. Ok my post op massage. --- one word. WOW. I can't begin to explain how important it is to do research and go to someone that really knows what they're doing. So many people buy a cheap machine on Amazon and all of a sudden they do postop care and don't have a clue on what they're doing. And that's exactly why I didn't go back to the previous place for a massage before finding her. When I tell you that she is more than amazing, I mean that. Her hands are touched by the Gods! She's very sweet and super personable as well, made me feel so comfortable. After a few minutes into my massage, I already felt instant relief. It's so important to push the fluid towards the correct areas, it's also super important when dealing with open incisions that can get infected easily that the place is beyond clean and following proper protocols, which she is! One of the first questions she asked me was, "where are all of my incisions so I can make sure everything is ok with them and also avoid them with any kind of products." Wow. Music to my ears!!!!! She also had proper gloves on and a mask on the entire time, which also was really big relief. She does have a booking policy. You must cancel within proper notice. Any decent human being with common sense would know, this is not like a regular paying job..... if you don't show up she does not get paid and it's very unfair to book and not show up or arrive extremely late to your appointment and expect her to still work on you for a full hour. I was referred to this place by a friend who said Nica was great at post op lymphatic breast massage. I recently had mine done 2 weeks ago and prebooked their soonest appt which was yesterday (January 3rd). On their website, it said the best time to get a post op lymphatic massage was 4-7 days post op. I was aware that I was almost 2 weeks out post op, however when I arrived to my appt I asked my masseuse who was NOT Nica, if it was still ok since it was what I initially came in for (on top of just booking a full body lymphatic massage as well, so a total of 1hr 45min was the amount of time and PAID as well). She didn't say yes or no, she just shrugged, ok first red flag. She started with my breast and I kid you not, she massaged me for maybe 10 minutes and that's me being nice. I originally paid $100 for 45MINS of breast massage isolation, THEN another hour for full body. After all was said and done, I got 90minutes of massage and that's including the 10 minutes she spent on my breasts. My biggest disappointment isn't the masseuse because quite possibly she misunderstood the assignment and it's quite possible she can't see the booking or she's new. No clue, but rather the owner Nica. I reached out to her regarding me overpaying for services I didn't receive and she completely ghosted me. As a business owner myself, i am repulsed when I hear these stories and it's unfortunate that now I've received such low customer service. I drove all the way from Venice beach because I heard this place was good, but I have to be honest and share my negative experience. I overpaid and was not refunded the amount I overpaid on. I wasn't given the proper services I booked weeks in advanced. The massage was 4/10. Nica does not do well with customer service. Save yourself the $250 (including tip) and ask your doctor to help you with your massages for post op breast lymphatic massages. This was a waste of time, energy and money. Currently disputing with my bank. Ok... and also... I will also say this...now after looking at their photos... I don't even believe I even received a PROPER lymphatic massage. There was ZERO drainage. My massage felt like it was a regular tender massage with soft touch. Now I overall want and expect a full refund. read more

This has been the most fantastic experience I've ever had! I traveled from Northern California to L.A ! Rejane is amazing and a miracle worker. I went in hunched over walking with a walker, and I'm only 49 years old. She did red light therapy and Lymphatic Massage on me. After 1 hour of treatment, I walked out standing up at 98% with no hunch and my incision's look great. I went back the next day and a third visit two days after!
