These people just saved my life. I wish I got the name of the nurse who serviced me. I partied way too hard this weekend (I will never take straight vodka shots again) and was feeling very sick for the past 15 hours. I couldn't keep any food down and was afraid I might even faint. I need to pack because I leave to Mexico tomorrow morning. I called a mobile IV to come to my home but the nurse could not find my veins after four attempts. I can't blame him because I do have very thin veins and the dehydration did not help. I found this business and was so happy to see its right around the corner from my home. Over the weekend, I had the worst hangover from going unnecessarily ham at a birthday party with open bar and ended up throwing up for an entire day. I loved coming here for the past 2-3 years for various treatments. All the women have always been so sweet and welcoming. But lately after they hired a new person. I don't remember their name.. Kayla? Karla? They have very long fake eyelashes. Anyways they're very pushy and rude. Always trying to upsell with mean girl tactics. The past 3-4 appointments she's given unsolicited advice on treatments. I don't understand why someone who is not a medical professional is giving me advice to get a chemical peel in the middle of summer. Or is analyzing my face after I said I don't do Botox because I dont need nor want it (after she recommended it). Last appointment they were so pushy on trying to sell me product (taking fast, not giving me a chance to ask questions), I'm used to Layla (the skin care professional) giving me advice and talking ingredients. The cherry on top, I received a text today, promoting a drug similar to ozempic to loose weight. I found the text rather rude and insensitive. Renewme doesn't know if the recipient of said text is struggling with an eating disorder, you can only imagine how catastrophic that is. What if said recipient has body image issues, receiving such text would not help the matter, but maybe confirm the thoughts of the receiver. Do better. read more

The nurse left a bruise on my arm where she injected the IV. She also had trouble in the IV inside of my sister where she poked both of them and her hands. it was literally a nightmare for her. On Friday I went to get my IV, there was no parking so I drove 15 minutes in circles trying to find a spot. Finally found one, walked in and was told that the last drip was at 5:15. I got there at 5:30 and got denied. NO WHERE on the website or yelp does it say their last drip is at 5:15. I refer all my friends and clients here and was one of the first people to come here. Kinda lame. The manager Lulu was super nice and tried to accommodate me for the following day but unfortunately my hangover needed to be treated that day... sorry for the one star, but please make it very known on the site and yelp that the last drip is at 5:15.
