Literally just got home from my appointment and had to write a review. Over the weekend, I had the worst hangover from going unnecessarily ham at a birthday party with open bar and ended up throwing up for an entire day. I've heard of IV drips in the past but never went thru with getting one before. I'm so happy I made an appointment with RenewMe. Opted for the Super Hangover Cure to get the maximum benefits. It's basically a sodium chloride IV that includes vitamin B12, medications (toradol, zofran, and pepcide), and glutathione (detoxification and skin glow). Suzy and Danny were both extremely friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the process and answered any questions that I had. These people just saved my life. I wish I got the name of the nurse who serviced me. I partied way too hard this weekend (I will never take straight vodka shots again) and was feeling very sick for the past 15 hours. I couldn't keep any food down and was afraid I might even faint. I need to pack because I leave to Mexico tomorrow morning. I called a mobile IV to come to my home but the nurse could not find my veins after four attempts. I can't blame him because I do have very thin veins and the dehydration did not help. I found this business and was so happy to see its right around the corner from my home. The nurse was able to find my vein after only one attempt. She was so kind. I received the super hangover vitamin drip and just got home,finally have an appetite, and I'm so excited to eat. I immediately Doordash'd my fave pasta lol. They were so kind and accommodating. A friend of mine referred me this amazing place for drip and shot. It's a newer business located in Downtown Los Angeles. I've never ever done this before, but this is something very different than everything else based on my wellbeing. I came here for a small party and open house. I didn't know much about RenewMe and their IV Therapy. Hopefully it didn't disappoint. I opted for the B-12 shot which gives great energy. I really needed it since the last few days or even more than that, my energy was really drained out due to unnecessary stress I had to deal with. Luckily the B-12 shot really gave me back the power I need in order to work well under pressure without any issues. Laila was very knowledgeable on the shots. I loved coming here for the past 2-3 years for various treatments. All the women have always been so sweet and welcoming. But lately after they hired a new person. I don't remember their name.. Kayla? Karla? They have very long fake eyelashes. Anyways they're very pushy and rude. Always trying to upsell with mean girl tactics. The past 3-4 appointments she's given unsolicited advice on treatments. I don't understand why someone who is not a medical professional is giving me advice to get a chemical peel in the middle of summer. Or is analyzing my face after I said I don't do Botox because I dont need nor want it (after she recommended it). Last appointment they were so pushy on trying to sell me product (taking fast, not giving me a chance to ask questions), I'm used to Layla (the skin care professional) giving me advice and talking ingredients. The cherry on top, I received a text today, promoting a drug similar to ozempic to loose weight. I found the text rather rude and insensitive. Renewme doesn't know if the recipient of said text is struggling with an eating disorder, you can only imagine how catastrophic that is. What if said recipient has body image issues, receiving such text would not help the matter, but maybe confirm the thoughts of the receiver. Do better. read more

The owner happen to be there. She made sure everything was done precisely the way it should've been done. I can literally taste of vitamins in my throat smell them drips. no I don't know what's going on lately where I felt like things are not up to par as they used to be. The nurse left a bruise on my arm where she injected the IV. She also had trouble in the IV inside of my sister where she poked both of them and her hands. it was literally a nightmare for her. The only instance that caught me off guard was when I requested to see the syringes being filled--it was escalated through multiple staff members and required a manager's involvement, which made it feel like an unusual or problematic request. I believe incorporating this as a standard practice would enhance transparency. That aside, my overall experience has been excellent. Update! This used to be my favorite spot to go get my IV after a terrible hangover. I drive around 40 minutes to come to this place. On Friday I went to get my IV, there was no parking so I drove 15 minutes in circles trying to find a spot. Finally found one, walked in and was told that the last drip was at 5:15. I got there at 5:30 and got denied. NO WHERE on the website or yelp does it say their last drip is at 5:15. I refer all my friends and clients here and was one of the first people to come here. Kinda lame. The manager Lulu was super nice and tried to accommodate me for the following day but unfortunately my hangover needed to be treated that day... sorry for the one star, but please make it very known on the site and yelp that the last drip is at 5:15. There are tons of drips available in LA, and had to find a new spot last minute. Won't be coming back. read more
