Affordable, but not long lasting windows! I had a broken double pane window replaced on October…read more2023 and three years later 2026, the frame to seal the glass has already fallen off. The window was sealed with double stick foam tape that erodes from weather and dust. All but one of the four exterior glass retainer strips have fallen out leaving the double pane unsealed. Through the exposed frame, I can see the edges of the original cracked glass meaning they did not remove the whole frame to replace the window, they just cracked the old glass out and attempted to build up the thickness of the original frame with cheap double stick foam tape. That foam tape is also eroding from weather and is pulling away between the double pane, protruding into the view of the window. It does not look good.

He first told me his cost for labor then wanted the measurements of my old door, so he could give me a quote for the job. Allen was highly transparent by showing me pictures and prices of the actual materials, making sure I approved of everything. Allen showed up on time and worked intensely without a break (only after urging him to eat some pastries I bought). I got the impression that Allen genuinely took pride in his work.
