I scheduled a deep cleaning for today, Sunday 8/22/2021 at 10 am. I got 2 text messages and 2 emails confirming and reminding me of my appointment, but on the day of the appointment, not only did no one show up, but no one contacted me to tell me that they weren't coming or were going to be late. When I tried calling, their voicemail box was full. When I sent an email, I received no response. I was really excited to get someone to help me clean on a weekend, and since my new job is Mon-Fri, weekend availability is all I have right now, and it was almost impossible to find a cleaner in Vegas that had weekend availability. I have ADHD & Autism and I desperately needed some help, and when no one showed up or even tried to contact me, I was so incredibly disappointed. I had reached out to several house cleaning companies with a specific ask. I wanted my 3 bathrooms cleaned and my kitchen. I had quite a few reach out saying that they either didn't do that small of a job or with extensive fees. Some didn't even read my request. What made me impressed by Kim, was she responded right away and acknowledged my actual request. Due to what I wanted we went with an hourly rate, she got me in within a week, and did an amazing job! Jonathan is Kims family member, Kim ( Kamila ) is the only cleaning person ( per her own admission ) that works for the company and Jonathan helps her set up the service. He doesn't communicate with her what her job duties will be, she will attempt to get it done ( or so will say she will ) but lacks being able to prioritize also she isn't familiar with what a ( move in/move out ) service is. She didn't mop or clean the lights or windows or window sills. I had to ask her if she was going to clean the dish washer and light fixtures and window sills. I had to jump in and help I ended up cleaning the walls myself and windows and sills and had to hire another cleaning company to clean the unit. She did great in the restroom but that is about as much as what I can give her credit for. She bad mouthed her clients to me claiming they were very dirty ( all of them ) And that that's why she spends double the time on all of her appointments and that she is the only cleaner for the company and asks for understanding regarding the time it takes her to move through the cleaning appointment and she told me they didn't pay her enough even thought she took longer to clean their homes. She did this to me too after she stayed for 6 hours and didn't complete the job then texted me and she asked for more money. ( she didn't specify the amount she wanted instead got into a heated dispute via text super unprofessional by the way ) , our agreement was 3 hours for service and she said even if it took more than 4 hours she would complete the service: which shouldn't take more than 3 hours to clean. Let me say she doesn't carry dish soap by the way. I think this may be a common occurrence. They might be doing this to try and get more money from the clients. Because she 1st said she could do it but as time progressed she kept asking for more time and making excuses as to why she needed more time. She seems like a nice lady but if you're truly looking for a professional company I would say look elsewhere. I came up to the unit to see the progress when I realized she wasn't going to be done I did wonder what could have taken her so long and she mentioned she needed more time to complete the job and asked me if maybe I wanted to finish it myself since she said she's only 1 person. I advised I needed her to finish the job she was hired for and the conversation ended. After paying her she texted me asking me to pay her more for the additional time she stayed ( and still didn't finish the job ) Anyway this seems to be a family start up company they have loads to learn about cleaning companies and This business as well. I will attach a portion of the conversation. The unit was 700 sq ft She didn't clean the laundry room at all Didn't clean the baseboards ( some were cleaned a bit in a rush ) Didn't clean the slidding door Windows Window sills Didn't mop Didn't sweep Behind the refrigerator or pantry either Some drawers weren't touched she didn't dust She didn't clean the dish washer Didn't clean the outside of the refrigerator She didn't go in the closet or room She also broke a light fixture after I asked if she would clean it Only cleaned the restroom and a portion of the kitchen & dusted a tall high ceiling fan For 6 hours by the way. Also Kim kept saying that all her clients were very dirty and that that's why she had to stay extra time on each cleaning appointment. ( every appointment) They pretty much say it's extremely dirty to justify the time she stays over, and to ensure they can ask for more money or at least get paid for a portion of the work. I expect a rebuttal as they are very argumentative and unprofessional. I'm entitled to my opinion regarding the services provided. Don't let them fool you they will do anything to get some money. Look elsewhere and do it fast. I'm sure their reviews are fake as Kim said that Jonathan is their IT person for their small start up company business. read more

For my last cleaning I had to leave to go out of town but really wanted my place cleaned that weekend. Our bathrooms were a total mess and Kim did a terrific job making them bright and shiny again. Of course she dusted and vacuumed and cleaned the rest of the house too. She asked questions, wore a mask and even covered her feet. It's easy to see that she worked hard and that is much appreciated! The 40% for new customers is a fabulous deal, too! The bathroom floors were cleaned but the kitchen floors weren't part of a basic cleaning and that is my only "complaint". I'd recommend this company! read more

They were very nice lady's they did a good job for the money they worked really hard I had a lot of work to be done . I liked that they put on these cute footie I had lots of dust and my poly shutters were really dirty. They worked now stop for 3 hours. I hired LVS Cleaning to clean my brothers apartment . My brother is 74 years young, and is living in a low income senior facility. From the scheduling of the cleaning to the actual cleaning everything has been worthy of the 5 star rating. Kin was assigned to cleaning his apartment, I could not be there but she was in communication with me the entire time she was there. I had a cleaning scheduled and the cleaner texted me close to the appointment time and told me she would be late because someone's car broke down and she had to help them. She then texted me 1/2 hour after the appointment time and told me her son had to go to the hospital, and she couldn't come.
