I don't usually write bad reviews but I have to this time. I've been to this place multiple time for manicure, pedicure , and acrylic nails . But I never have got service like this before. I made an appointment with Drea at 3:45 arrived 5 minutes before my appointment to have my acrylic nails removed. I waited 20 minutes passed my appointment time, after she was still on the person before me. After she finished, she comes over & says " I'm not going to have you wait an hour soaking them to remove." I know everybody work's differently so I agreed. But she was rushing for the person who came in for the next appointment time. After getting in my car and seeing how my nails were left I called to speak to a manager or owner. I got told there wasn't one in today. Then 5 minutes later I get a call back from one of the person "saying here is the manager " . I could still hear them in the background whispering to act as a manger . My nails were left in pain and bleeding. I won't be back coming back to this place again . read more

Very dirty nail salon. They do not sanitize equipment- I watched the technician run them under water and that's it. The polish bottles were caked with dirt and dust. Also gel manicure is very messy, polish on the cuticles and you can still see some bare nail on the tips. Do not recommend! read more

Got an acrylic fill. Done by lady who sits next to front desk. Very rude as soon as I walked in, asked for design and she said they do absolutely no design, although I've gotten marble there before. Rushed my nails, cut my skin and said "oops", and laughed. Dust piling up in the corner near the sink, had a line with many workers sitting on their phones. Went here because a friend was a promoter of this salon. I asked for nude nails left with nails looking the same as what I already had. Only difference is I paid $63 for a fill not including tip. I came in on a Friday the nail tech told me basically what I wanted was ugly and she showed me ONE nail for what she had in mind instead. With That ONE nail I liked the look. All she did was refill my set and add glitter to my nail. She then told me she was going to do designs. These designs were stickers of snowflakes that you can hardly see and parts of the snowflakes are missing. I get into my car and the naIls are glowing where she filled them. The next day I didn't call because I had things to do and it was snowing horribly so I knew I wouldn't haven made it in. Sunday this salon is closed so I called on Monday to see if they can fix my nails and basically the manager told me I was lying. And that it was too late to fix anything. 1. $63 for a fill is ridiculous 2. Nails that are glowing in the dark is ridiculous 3. Using stickers as a design is messy and ugly. 4. I have one black nail out of 10 nails 5. The fill wasn't filled all the way 6. Your customer service is horrible to tell me I'm lying when not only I paid the money even though I wasn't satisfied with a great tip. 7. If you aren't going to KIM then choose a better salon. I recently came here on Friday to get a pedicure. Not even 2 days later my toe had an infection. I'm assuming this place is not cleaning their instruments well or taking proper cleaning precautions. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. After calling calling in a complaint to which she responded "oh sometimes it happens" she then told me to come in so she could look at it as if that was going to help. Not only did I get an infection , they were giving me a hard time about using the polish I came in with. Nasty attitudes & even worse customer service. Don't waste your time or money !!!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! They destroyed my nails! The acrylic tips were lifting off my own nail bed! I've been getting acrylic tips for YEARS!!! Never had this happen! The owner Annie said she would do a full set for me over the phone. Said it would take her 25-30 min! When I got there, she pushed me over to some young girl (clearly inexperienced)! I was there over an hr! She didn't know how to file and shape! I called the salon everyday after about 5 days, after one and another nail started to lift. I also called Annie's cell phone, (bc a staff member suggested I reach her that way), I've left several messages for her and still have not heard back! All I wanted them to do was fix the problem they are hiding from there mistakes! Don't go there!!! Thieves, liars, unprofessional dirty nail salon!!! Etc!! NEVER AGAIN. So I go here on my birthday August 2nd. the woman who sits right in the front rushes soooo much. She did my toes and didn't even do it properly I paid $40 for a pedicure that was done half ass as fuck. she did my nails so fast. It hasn't even been two weeks and they all popped off on their own besides my thumb nails, I type on a computer for work. I don't do dishes nor anything that involves my hands getting dirty too much. I am soooo mad I wasted $90 in this place. I understand you want to get your customers in and out BUT quality is most important to me. I will never go back here!!!!! Dishonest owner. She was swamped one day and I courteously offered to return another day (even though I live 30min out) bc she was stressed from having overbooked herself. "Greatful" she gave me a gift card with the date and amount intentionally left blank so that I could redeem it when I saw fit as, again, I live far away. I come in today to redeem it and she tells the technician that she WON'T honor it because her prices have changed since. Again, the only thing That IS clearly specified on the gift card in her own handwriting was a "full set of acrylics". Nowhere does it say "unless I change my mind". She only wanted to cover $25 and have me fork over an additional $15 plus tip and color and tried to word it like she was doing ME a favor! The audacity. By far the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. Clean, well lit, and skilled artists and nail techs. The owner, Annie, makes a point to get to know each of her customers personally. The quality of the workmanship for acrylic nails, gel nails, natural manicures, and even waxing is fantastic. The management takes great pride in training each employee until they are ready to meet the standard of the shop. Honestly, I have been getting my nails done since i was in high school. My girlfriend came here to get a gel fill. I strongly caution anyone who comes to this salon. Not only were the nails thick, but she has 4 fungus on her nails and the nails are very tender. She has fungus starting on a few others. She's had to buy meds and take all her nails off. As a professional person, that's extremely upsetting to her. My daughter came out in tears cause of these people . I can say that I've had good and bad experiences here hence the 3stars. I would suggest only getting your nails done by the nail technician as his technique and desk side manner was great in providing quality nail service and good conversation worth not tuning out. Real reason for the 3stars comes from my last visit where the female tech kept imploring that I get a new set (which I agreed I was trying to be cheap but she was right and I agreed)...BUT she kept yelling loudly "your nails are yellow!" for the whole shop to hear. It's like I already agreed for you to do what you needed to do but no need for you to yell...no lie 5 plus times how my nails were yellow. For one I agreed with you and for two no need to straight up embarrass the customer in order to persuade (where essentially no persuading was rlly needed).
