Well this is weird. I was uncomfortable with the proximity of the pedicure chairs. They are divided by this plastic covering and ppl are wearing masks but the chairs touch side by side. They also dont space out the seats. Getting my pedicure was ok. The young lady was digging into my nails hard and the water was cold. After I picked my polish and she was beginning to paint I asked if she can do a stripe design she said no. So I guess its not a get what you want service. That actually got under my skin. Now im gna have to get them painted somewhere else to get what I want. When she was putting the polish on it was globbing cause it was running out. I asked told her about it and she added nail polish remover to it. I just had her take the 1 coat of polish she put on i was ready to leave and someone else came to help. The save was a success. Young lady Tao that sits in the back corner. In fact she is going to be my new manicurist The salon is clean, quiet. They have a good selection for colors. Decor is very nice. First time here & I absolutely loved it. My godmother has been a client of theres for quite some time now & so I decided to give them a try. I made an appointment with Tao the day before, when I came in , they saw me right away; hardly any wait time . Tao and the gentleman who worked on my pedicure were so nice. I asked for a specific design and it came out exactly how I wanted. These are for my birthday so I was nervous because if this didn't work out I wouldn't have had more time to go to another place. I'm definitely coming back to get a refill and booking an eyebrow appointment with Michele( lots of customer were pouring through for an eyebrow appointment with her). I love LOVE coming here. I used to go to mimosa nails however they seemed very busy and as a loyalist I I don't like to switch however this place took my breath away plus it is way better. I had went to bettys nails up the street and got a full set long as always , and they did a horrible job , not to bash them . But I ended up coming to LV nails and they fixed my nails . Reshaped them because they were to thick and uneven . They completely fixed the set I had on to look as if it was a completely different set . I went to the nail salon they happen to be the only one open that night . I had to be the lady last client of her night .i really wanted my nail done that day and got the Hombre coffin nails . For the first time . by the time I was 3nails down I noticed I didn't like it. I didn't like the pink I wanted a natural ombré I mention that to her that I didn't like them and she continued to do my nails.she Understood me and told me it will look better when it was done. I didn't want to be difficult but I kept expressing I did not like them. She also told me it was to late to fix it. I honestly should of stopped and gave her the five dollar tip and left . This place is filthy! Ugh... Disgusting. I went with a friend so she could get a full set of acrylics. Not only did they come out crooked, the polish job was horrendous! Not to mention, noone speaks a lick of English so there is absolutely no clear communication on what you want. Terrible service. STAY AWAY!! read more

Got the worst manicure and pedicure. They don't pay attention to you cuticles or nail shape, which is very important. Would not recommend.

My first time ever going to LV's and my last. Very random decision, nice weather and the urge to wear sandals can do that to you. A few things they did that made me question why I was here. When my feet was soaking I was looking on my phone only to notice she took the scraper and the buffer out of the ladies bucket next to her. I figured oh they are new and that's how they get them. I found out while I was drying my fingernails and toes that was not the case. They also used the tool that they use on acrylic nails to buff them down. They used that same tool on my toe nails to remove nail polish from my toes and natural fingernails. I thought this was something new. When I said I don't have acrylics she said no I am just removing your polish. I said I don't have polish on and she said it's better keep polish on. Well two days later I took off the polish because it had clumps and air bubbles. When I finish removing the polish off my fingers nails that's when I saw what her laziness for not using polish remover did to my finger nails. The damage she caused to my nails please keep in mind I just did my nails a week before the picture. NEVER AGAIN....oh not to keep You in suspense the tools that was in the bucket was never wash or sterilized or the buffer for your feet they just threw them in the bucket and grabbed the one hit it on the bucket to remove the dead skin from the previous clientand start scraping your feel. I am disappointed in my visit there. Although I understand mistakes happen and it may be out of ones hands, I'm disheartened but the customer service after their mistake was made. I went in to get a facial wax only on my chin and lip and didn't realized she burned me until after. I went in there to see if they would reimburse me or offer something for their burning me and they only told me to put neosporine and aloe on it. Yes I will and can do that but I believe they should have gone the extra mile. It's not to say the tech that burned me was rude or anything because she was super nice but they owner didn't find in necessary to offer something for the inconvenience. Went to LV Nails because they offered a pedicure for $20.00. The equipment they use was not sterilized and was handed from one operator to the next when needed. In addition, the towels were well worn and appeared to be dirty. I asked for white polish for my pedicure and received a mood changing polish that appeared white in the salon but after I paid and went outside, I looked down and found to my dismay that the paint was a putrid yellow. Went back, to get what I originally requested. The woman who had painted my toes was now working on another customer and I was handed over to a tall bald man. He tried to be slick. While I read a magazine, he hurriedly began removing the original polish on only two toes on both feet. The large toes and the toes beside it. He immediately began re-painting them. I asked him if he was going to remove the paint off the remaining three toes on both feet and he said, "I already removed the paint on them , now i'm repainting them . When I told him that I hadn't observed that action, he attempted to confirm it with one of the other workers. I left assuming that all of my toes were now the correct color, white. This morning, I went outside, looked down at my feet and this JOKER had painted over the three toes with white polish and hadn't removed the original "mood Polish" at all. Went back this evening after speaking with Michelle. She apologized and asked if I could return so that I could have the "paint" replaced with the correct polish I spent a 3.5 hours for a $20.00 pedicure on Thursday.(got waited on right away) Spent one hour to get my toes repainted again on Friday. Between Thursday and Friday, this week, I spent a total of 5 hours for a $20.00 pedicure. If done correctly should have spent no more than one hour and 15 minutes total. That was Not counting the hour it took me to get there and back.. I will not be returning to L V Nails. WHY???? because; You never get a second chance to make a first impression.. The only reason I would tell someone to come here is just to do there eyebrows other than that don't step foot in this nasty place! The polishes are all old as well as thinned out an the manicurists for the most part are all rude. When rushing to clean they throw your belongings an rush you out before your nails can dry.
