It was a bit difficult trying to find parking but after a couple rounds we found it. I thought we'd be sitting side by side but the way the nail stations are set up didn't allow for that. I figured it's good to know just in case you wanted to chat with someone but the pedicure chairs are side by side. Place was warm and quaint, staff was friendly ! They took me extremely last minute to fix nails that another salon messed up. They were very nice and did the service quickly/efficiently.

Doesn't own up to appointment time. Had an appointment and they had me waiting 30 mins. I had to get up an leave a waste of my time!!

Went here on a wim because it was close to my house and wanted to try it out .. I got a dip manicure done a week ago and they are already lifting at the bottom and have to get them done elsewhere not even a week later. Definitely not returning again. read more

I was there today for a pedicure and decided last minute to do a manicure as well. Pedicure was fabulous! With hot stones and a foot massage. I was in heaven and up until then I didn't realize how tired my feet were. The girl who did my pedicure and manicure was very meticulous. I had an ingrown nail and she was able to take care of it without 1. Hurting me and 2. Making me bleed. Manicure was good. I just got a simple manicure in clear so there wasn't much to do, just cut and clean. And best of all the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back. read more

This Salon is Ok and here are my reasons why: 1) They give really nice pedicures but...are not good with shaping of nails, nor dealing with how to fix a broken or chipped nail. I've come here twice and the pedicure process is super soothing, but when it came to the actual nails - not so good. 2) In terms of manicures; not good...I asked for dip powder which is ultimately like an alternative to Gel or Acrylic nails, it was awful. The shapes were all over the place and it just wasn't a good job. As for pricing; it's about regular to most other places. Also if you're intending on coming here, call way ahead in time or you won't be serviced...even then you might not be serviced lol read more

People were nice, but nails chipped within 2 hours. Gel pedicure was dried under a fan, therefore my pedicure was ruined. My daughters nail also chipped that very same day. I spent over $100 dollars and will need to get my nails re-done this week. Disappointing. It was also very difficult to communicate, I asked for the same color on both nails and toes with French. They had to also re-do the color on my toes. read more

Everyone is so nice and services are affordable. I got pedicures here before, acrylic nails, gel nails and even a basic manicure. I always loved the results and unlike other places the manicures actually lasted! The pedicures are great! They do accept walk-ins but I recommend scheduling ahead because they usually busy and the wait time can be long unless you have an appointment. read more

I chose this place because of the good reviews and the possibility to make an appointment through their webpage (which makes a charge at the moment you make your appointment). But after having my service, when I told them I had already paid, they told me they didn't receive any payment (even if me and them had proof of my payment) because they didn't have access to that paypal account, and asked me to cancel the payment by myself, solve it with the bank and next time I try to make an appointment, call them. When this salon first opened up, it was great. They were very focused on providing good customer service, there was no long wait times, and the manis & pedis were crisp. Over time, I feel the customer service waned but the quality of the work was still good, so I still went regularly. However, a prior time, I made an appointment yet had to wait 20 minutes to be serviced. Decided to give them another chance since it's conveniently located for me. But I had an appointment today and they told me to come back tmw because they are so busy, thus didn't look at the online booking. I, of course, said I am not coming back tomorrow. Despite being a loyal customer (and a good tipper), they didn't even try to say hey we will get to you as soon as possible, or sorry for the inconvenience, we will give you a discount if you come back tmw because we didn't pay attention to our booking. Ridiculous, no longer will I recommend this place to others or visit. read more

Horrible. i asked for dip powder and she couldn't even shape my nails right into coffin shaped. I didn't know the steps of dip powder so i thought she would reshape after she applied the powder but she told me it would mess up the dip powder color if she kept filing it. I kept telling her to file it more even more she did the dipping. Completely ignored me. it wasn't even close to coffin shape. Fell off in 3 days so $53 down the drain. read more
