She delivers the haircut that I want and that flatters my face shape. This time, I wanted a layered haircut and she cut it so it framed my oval face shape and it looks sleek and stylish. I had a long day and am also pregnant, so I was really hoping to unwind and relax. I did make an appointment and even came in earlier than I preferred, but I still had to wait quite a while. While my feet were soaking, the nail technician asked if she could do another client's eyebrows, and I agreed thinking it would be quick. It ended up taking about 20 minutes, and then another eyebrow client was taken as well. After being there for around 40 minutes with my pedicure still not started, I canceled my other appointment for the evening and asked her to take whoever she needed so she wouldn't feel rushed with me. The technician was kind, and I tried to stay calm and make the best of it, but the pedicure itself felt rushed. My feet weren't cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked, and there was a small cut that caused bleeding toward the end. On the positive side, my toes did come out really beautiful. The service was $30, which is very affordable, and I do think you get what you pay for. While I appreciated the friendliness, the overall experience wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped. I would like to come back but I most likely won't be back.
