It's one of the smallest RV's they make @ 24ft. Total distance...5.3 miles (an 8 min Uber ride) Yet the invoice charged me 2 hours at....$850 per hour!!! I said to the thief..."It's 5 miles down the road" He replied...."An hour down then an hour back." WTF????? No way it took 2 hours!!! I was towed on a Wed afternoon and I arrived to claim MY HOUSE Thurs morn. (less than 24 hours) yet I was charged $250 storage @ $125 per day. When asked about this I was given some BS about how Mass law says the "day" resets @ midnight , so it was 2 days...again they had it for less than 24 hours. This Motor home to me is exactly that...my home. I was completely floored by seeing this ridiculous invoice and asked if they could have mercy on me and cut me a break. I felt like my entire world had been taken hostage. Everything I own, is in this vehicle and they stole it and were holding it for an astonomical ransom. It is amazing to me that a company can steal all your belongings...then charge you storage for those belongings ($125 per day) The pandemic ruined my business, I had to sell my house and now I live in an RV. I parked where I shouldn't have and I don't deny I should pay a price, but $2,200 is completely insane!!! And their refusal to work a deal with me while I was completely helpless to do anything about this situation was absurd. Not to mention their unfair and fraudulent billing practices.

The rating was based on an double charge of my bank card without my knowledge…read more I used their service was because their phone number was right next to a main road on Holyoke, MA, 01040. The service was done, and I paid for that a couple of hundreds dollars. Days later, surprisingly, my bank card got another charge for the same amount of the a couple of hundreds dollars. It seems the office lady over there knew what's going on ( Was that double charge made purposely?? And, if I didn't check my bank statement, my money would be gone like that??) and sounds rude to me about my bank card got a second charge. She agreed to put the money back to my card finally but there's no apologize about the wrong charge. I believe the 2-star rating is a higher rating compared to what they did like that. The thing is: it doesn't seem like they would like to correct what they've done wrong. God Bless those businesses that they can realize they're not supposed to do that and stop doing it!
