Some of the massage chairs don't really vibrate anymore and a few that are amazing. When I came in, 2 employees were napping/relaxing in the powerful chairs (and were in them for the 2 hours I was there). I had to listen to them while I didn't get any. It's very annoying!! Besides that, no complaints. Very much recommend!!

When we walked in, the staff was friendly and took us right away. The location is pretty big and the nail color selection is extensive. After picking my color, we sat down and the staff started working on us immediately. I let th know this was my brothers first pedi and the women took extra time to explain the steps with him. I found the staff and location friendly and welcoming. The experience was no frills and nothing over the top, but I was happy with my experience and received a great service.

I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door, I was asked what service I wanted, I explained I had my nails done at another salon and I was not happy with the results. First impressions The salon was very clean, with a relaxing atmosphere. I was seated at Van's table and she made my nails look fabulous, working with the public I see a lot of people daily- I need them to look good. I have natural nails with a thin acrylic overlay with Gel polish. I have continued to return to Van as she is "THE BEST". I get compliments on my nails all the time and I recommend Cassady Nails whenever they ask where I get my nails done. I have never been disappointed with the service or quality. The pedicures are great - you have options to choose from if you don't want just the traditional pedicure. All the utensils are sterilized and are stored in sterilized bags. I return every 5-7 weeks and when I return, my nails are almost as good as when I walked out - no fading or chipping. All the staff is very friendly and courteous whichever day I go in. I do know some salons require you to make appointments, with my schedule it is some what difficult to do. When I call to set something up to come in - I usually am able to get my desired time within 30 minutes of my choice. I give Cassady Nail Salon 5 stars because it is well deserved.

There are different options of soaks, scrubs, lotions, etc. there are plenty of options that are included in the price but, be careful, there are lots that inch up the price slowly. The service was pretty typical. Soak, scrub the dead and ten layers of skin off your feet, massage your calves to the bone, and apply polish. So many colors to pick from. I'm a glitter girl so I was stoked when there were more than 10 sparkles to pick from. The only negatives for me were that they only offered gel polish on toes. I don't prefer gel on my toes. You can bring in your own but why would you want to? Also it was a bit $$$. I get the days of $20 pedis are long gone but $60??? I didn't get a mani but that menu looked more price appropriate. I don't do it but the design options were amazing! The artists do beautiful work.
