We found Lavish last month and returned this month. Reasonable prices and great treatment were orders of the day. The staff is very attentive and takes great care of their clients. Dad is diabetic and 87 so it's important to have a nail tech that knows their business to avoid issues. Lavish does superb at that point right there. The lady is particular so when she wanted to return I knew we had found a spot for sure. She had the full mani/pedi with polish and it turned out fantastic. She slipped away for an errand before I could get a pic though so take it from me, it looks good. Especially the added matching rhinestones on the tires and fingers. Last time she got a floral design on her fingers which was well done to be sure. Highly recommend, except on Mondays so they don't start getting too busy for us to get in. :) Kidding... they deserve more business no matter when it is and we'll be happy to wait.

She went thru the motions of using tools but didn't use them properly. I think she assumes people don't watch her work, but I did. I watched her not file nails right, misuse tools, my toe nails were filed crooked, she refused to trim them to my asking because she believed they were short enough. I asked her to get the dirt from the side of the big toe nail and she said "I already did". I replied that I could see the dirt, pointed it out, and asked her to please get it. She said she already did that. Folks, I watched her every move. She clearly didn't. She was notably angry that I questioned her and she proceeded to dig in my toe with the pointed side of the tool. Three times I said "Ow! Please not so hard." I gave two stars because she had strong hands that made the leg and foot rub enjoyable. When painting my toes, she didn't let polish dry before applying a top coat. I would NOT recommend this salon. The price was way too much for the service received. I made the mistake to stop in for a try and I won't be back. Save yourself hard earned money!!

It was so refreshing to go to a salon where I could chat with the technicians and they were all so friendly. They took their time getting the pedi just right! I loved the attention to detail and no-rush feeling of relaxation and pampering. We brought our own champagne to celebrate our anniversary and the techs were great to make sure our glasses were never empty. And, right after my husband's pedi the tech took apart the bowl/jets to sanitize and clean. She said they do that after each appointment to maintain hygiene and cleanliness! When we walked in, the staff was friendly and took us right away. The location is pretty big and the nail color selection is extensive. After picking my color, we sat down and the staff started working on us immediately. I let th know this was my brothers first pedi and the women took extra time to explain the steps with him. I found the staff and location friendly and welcoming. The experience was no frills and nothing over the top, but I was happy with my experience and received a great service.
