I had a tile shower stall redone by Gino Roma. After 1.5 years the shower is leaking badly, and I…read moreonly use the shower once a day for 10 minutes. There are no cracks in the grout. Two times he said he would come out and then didn't show, nor did he call to say he wasn't coming. Now he refuses to answer my phone calls or texts at all. I have had a plumber out and a general contractor out to look at the shower and both say that the shower stall itself is faulty and that the tile contractor should come and fix it. Do not hire Gino Roma. He does not back up his work. If you have a problem with his work he won't have the courtesy to answer phone calls.
