She created several renderings before deciding on a final layout which was sent to the contractor for final pricing. The cabinet and countertop selection is good and pricing is very competitive. She ordered in a natural stone sample of MIS backsplash not on hand and it came in a few days. Turns out sign was pointed in WRONG LOCATION across street and away from actual location. Not a good 1st impression. Called to find entrance and told sign must have been "turned around". No one paying attention to details? Inside woman I spoke to on phone was short, rude and didn't seem interested in setting up a "free estimate" or "free design". I was told have to take my own measurements, pick samples and give a"basic" idea of what I wanted first. After they would give me a " estimate" of probable Cost. If that was "acceptable" they'd setup up an in home estimate, design date. I got more enthusiastic service at Lowe's!
