I was sobbing uncontrollably on the phone and they worked through it. We didn't have to go inside when we took him there for them to cremate him, so we didn't have to be around other animals. They let us pay in the car and I asked for his nose print, and they don't do that normally, but they did. They got us his pawprint and keepsakes of him, some fur. They gave us grieving information and called to check on us in the following weeks. I had him wrapped in a blanket and they even called so they could return it and I was stunned bc I thought it had been thrown out. They memorialized his pet desk account but kept it active in a separate place so we could still see his account but not unless we wanted to. They are amazing and I couldn't have done that process with another vet. I am so glad they cared for him so much in life and death.
