And then when I looked at him closely I found two places that looked like he had been cut and had bled when I specifically had it put on his record that he was not to be shaved. Pekingese are only supposed to be scissor-cut. Then I got angry because I realized he'd been hurt and was scared, and that was the reason for the excessive urination and shaking. I blame myself for not reminding them, but it doesn't matter now. I know that no one has staff anymore, but this was handled so very poorly.
