They chose to settle in Asheville, NC; our loss is Asheville's dog loving community's gain. Both Dana and Nicole bring their special gifts- their love of dogs, and their skills in understanding and caring for dogs- to their dog walking groups, agility training and boarding. They are excellent "pack" leaders, and work to integrate the different dog personalities during their dog walks. They have been especially good for our shy dog Farrah. With time Farrah became an eager participant in her walks with them. She even learned to play ball. Dana and Nicole's treatment of Farrah has been especially comforting to us since in the past Farrah had suffered a life threatening, 3 dog attack, when a previous caretaker became careless. We can't give them enough stars. Linda and Carlos Russo Castellanos

My father passed away suddenly and on top of experiencing crushing grief, we suddenly had to make last minute plans for someone to care for our dogs who could not fly out of town with us. We were completely stressed and began calling pet sitters. Dana and Nicole were able to watch our pups last minute, over the weekend. They were so kind and came in advance to meet my fiancé and the animals. They walked our dogs twice daily and sent us the sweetest photos during each visit via text. Some happy photos of our dogs were so welcome during this very sad time. Our dogs adored them and you can tell that Dana and Nicole truly love what they do. They will be our regular sitters in the future and we feel so grateful to have found them.

They were extremely flexible, helped us get our dogs in quickly so we could enjoy our vacation, and our pets had a great time. Employees aren't diligent with giving medications and no matter how many times I brought this up, no additional training was done. Just a quick "make sure they get their meds, don't just put it on top of the food." That means no pain meds for older dogs that have arthritis or trazadone for dogs with anxiety. I was a vet tech for years and nothing I said would change any behavior there. One employee was accused of abusing a dog and it took them 2 weeks to fire them. They'll leave all the dogs alone outside with one person because the law states that if a yard has more than 4 dogs in it, there needs to be a person. So the answer to that was no more than 4 dogs in a "yard". Now you only need one person downstairs with all the big dogs. They never fixed scheduling or being under staffed, even when it was brought up by the entire staff, because they "couldn't afford it", but then they wouldn't work with the dogs themselves to balance that out. Kara is very manipulative towards her staff and I feel bad for DeDe. Kara makes all of the operational decisions without ever working with the dogs. Ever. I never saw it happen once but we still had to run all of our concerns through her. They advertised the job at $15/hr but when a 15 year old high school kid applied, they hired him at $14/hr because he was younger and didn't know how to stand up for himself. They are very good at manipulating their staff and customers and they let abuse live within the facility. I highly highly highly DO NOT recommend EVER bringing a pet here, it will be loved but it won't be properly cared for. There was also a whole deal with a dog from the humane society but this is already very long but if you want to hear about it, I would be very happy to tell you all about it. sfifaf6120@gmail.com If you look at all the reviews on google, you'll notice that every single bad review is liked by others. And most of them have more than one. And hardly any of the good reviews have positive responses, except from DeDe. Keep your pet safe and go somewhere else.
