I didn't realize that my girl, Molly, would become a bit anxious when around other dogs who constantly barked. Miss Jerri always scheduled Molly to avoid this situation. Jerri cares about these animals and you'll never have to worry about the treatment of your pup. I'll add a picture of my Molly freshly groomed. The biggest issue isn't the dogs or the facility--it's the way the business is managed or mismanaged. The owners are rarely present, yet the rules seem to change constantly with little communication or consistency. It often feels like expectations shift depending on the day or who you're talking to, making it frustrating for members who are simply trying to follow the guidelines and enjoy the park with their dogs. What concerns me most is the culture created by management. I've experienced and observed what felt like unprofessional behavior, including discussing members behind their backs and using the threat of revoking memberships instead of addressing concerns respectfully and directly. Rather than fostering a welcoming community, the atmosphere created by the owners can feel intimidating and the threat of "you need to buy drinks or cbd at the bar" but the bar isn't even open until 5 pm (even on the weekends). A dog park membership should provide a safe, enjoyable place for dogs and their owners to socialize. Unfortunately, my experience at WagWorld has been overshadowed by inconsistent management and poor customer relations. Note: my membership wasn't renewed by the owners due to "us not being a good fit" even though my dogs are well-behaved and I've been a member for over a year. I didn't realize my membership expired, and never received a renewal notice. Beware -- this place is toxic when the owners are present.
