Now we have 3 doggies. 1 shitzu , American bully large & the newest edition a pocket bully! Our large American bully Milo was diagnosed with epilepsy 2 & 1/2 years ago. He is really the best dog anyone could ask for. He is sweet & acts like a lap dog although he weighs about 90 lbs . He gets really anxious when it's time to get groomed because he suffers from anxiety & doesn't like to be away from us. Bruce called me shortly after I had dropped milo off & told me that milo was really going through it & that maybe I should go pick him up so I headed their way. I walked in expecting to hear Milo's cries but, instead I saw the most Heart warming thing. Bruce's mom who was visiting got inside one of the large kennels with him to soothe him. When I walked in I saw her just rubbing & soothing him. As long as I live I will never forget the most amazing person that she is & just by her touch she was able to keep him calm until I arrived. She is an Angel . The sight of seeing a person go above & beyond to comfort an animal that she didn't know was so touching!! Thank y'all for all you do.

I believe my groomer-extraordinaire was Kristina, but the girl behind the counter (also very sweet) I think was calling her Buffy? Anyway, I picked Charlie up not to long after they texted and his hair cut was perfect! Exactly what I asked for!! Told me the price but mentioned they were busy yesterday (a Friday), the nice lady told me to come in at 1230 PM the next day. Fast forward to today, I bring the dogs in and exactly 1230 and the door is locked. I knock and when I am going to call, a lady pops out and opens the door and says, can you wait 10-15 so I can finish drying this dog. I obliged, wait 20 minutes or so, and left. No communication after she shut that door. No "this is going to take longer" or sorry could you come back at "this" time instead. People have things to do, and some peoples pets get anxiety in cars, like mine. I'm all about supporting small businesses, but it's really simple to keep appointment times or communicate otherwise to your customers. Not gonna give this 1 star because the staff at least seems very nice

Moni was so kind and gentle with Arthur and let me be there to comfort him the entire time. He was wagging his tail and was so happy when he left. Her facility is clean and calm with no other dogs or animals in the grooming facility so it feels peaceful and comfortable. If you have a fearful or reactive dog because of a bad grooming experience or for whatever reason. I highly recommend this groomer. She is an expert and just an all around amazing and kind human. Miss Jerri has groomed my smaller mixed breed (13pound, Tibetan Spaniel and unknown) for 16 years. Jerri can deliver the official cut per breed, but doesn't balk if you request something else. I didn't realize that my girl, Molly, would become a bit anxious when around other dogs who constantly barked. Miss Jerri always scheduled Molly to avoid this situation. Jerri cares about these animals and you'll never have to worry about the treatment of your pup. I'll add a picture of my Molly freshly groomed.
