We recently brought our schnauzer, Louie, to Good Pet Vet for the first time, and we were blown…read moreaway by the warm welcome--literally! There was a sign at the front desk greeting Louie by name and welcoming him to his new veterinary home. That small gesture meant a lot to us as pet parents. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Louie had all of his vaccinations updated during his first visit, and he seemed pretty happy when he came back out--tail wagging and all! It was clear he felt safe and well cared for. Today is Louie's second visit, and he's getting neutered. The staff took the time to answer every question we had and explained the procedure in detail. They made us feel totally comfortable leaving Louie in their hands. That gave me ease.

My dogs LOVE Wagalot! I try to take them weekly and would highly recommend! My dogs love it so much…read morethat they lose their minds with excitement if I put my shoes back on in the morning because they expect I'm taking them there since I no longer commute due to COVID. For context I have a 5yo aussie and and 1.5yo lab-aussie mix so tons of energy to burn. We started coming to Wagalot since we moved nearby in July 2020 (we used to be regulars at Puppy Haven near our old home). Wagalot has fair pricing and is a little cheaper than other facilities of similar caliber. They also offer discounts for multiple pets including the prepaid packages. We have also boarded a couple times without any issues. They do not currently require appointments for daycare or the canine flu vaccination and I can tell you both those items are a major convenience plus for me compared to previously. Their hours are great and the extra morning time can really make a big difference for work or travel schedules. Wagalot is clean and safe with COVID protocols as well as for the pups - they regularly clean the facilities and have webcams well angled to cover the majority of the playrooms all day. There are two rooms separated for temperament and each room always has at least one staff member present. I take my pups' excitement for going and then exhaustion upon arriving home as a mark of excellence for Wagalot. Wagalot as a company is also very fun and positive. They promote other businesses in pet swag onsite and host or promote a number of community events. They are also really transparent with a ton of info on the website - all pricing, hours and holidays, webcams, and even 3D facility tours.

There are a few places where I've gone back and done some blending and trimming to even things out but Teddy tends to get antsy during a groom so I expected to have little details to clean up since it was his first time here. The staff is wonderful--I directly spoke with two of them and both were so kind, helpful and informative. I'll definitely be bringing Teddy back for his future full grooms and am thinking about taking him here for daycare. Thanks Wag-A-Lot Upper Westside for such a great experience and for taking such good care of my fur baby!

I've been taking my dog here for a little over a year because it was convenient and the hours were…read moregood for vacation. I also liked the price. I have never had an issue until the last visit here in June. When I dropped him off he needed a vaccine. I go between 2 different vets because I prefer a vet that I have been to for years. After dropping him off Saturday morning, and picking him up Sunday afternoon I was told he was given an exam to get his shot, which bothered me because no one mentioned this, then as we were riding home, I read on the paper that my dog had a mass above his left eye. When I looked at him, I became livid. The vet (who needs her license removed) HURT MY DOG, and tried to sit on the phone to gaslight me by saying that my dog came in with a cut above his eye.. I am no vet, but if you look at this, you can clearly say it's cut, that she tried to cover up by making an excuse of it being a mass that needed to be surgically removed. My favorite part of this conversation was her threatening to put add the recorded call to my review, and to be honest, I DARE YOU. Because I want everyone to hear how the vets talk to their customers, and so you can see for yourself that my dog was hurt in their care, and rather than being an adult, they were being childish. Whatever you do, do not take your animals here unless you want them ABUSED by careless vets that need therapy, rather than taking their anger out on my dog.

I used to live in Tucker, and they were super convenient drive...and even though I've since moved to Atlanta and now it takes me 45 minutes to get there...it's worth it! I LOVE the 5-star service the vets and staff provide --- always friendly, answers your questions, medication prescription updates, keeps you informed on shots/etc (they will email, call and send postcard reminders) and treats my stubborn dog well! They know his protective/biter personality and we've had many many visits here...it's rare to find a place that you can feel comfortable leaving your dog here for any procedure/shots/dental surgery/grooming etc. The place is clean and nicely decorated for any pet owner (dog or cat). Their parking lot is large enough to accommodate multiple customers, never had an issue. Plus, it's right next to a Dunkin Donuts...so while you're waiting or dropping off your pet, you can grab some food! Also outside is a bench to sit at, a nice koi pond and space to walk your dog around to do their business. Wonderful A+ recommend!
