These are my nails. Uneven, bumpy, wonky, etc. I've never in my life been to a nail salon who did such a terrible French tip. When I tried getting her to fix stuff along the way she just kept brushing it off and coming up with excuses. My hand would shake and she'd just jerk my hand and tell me to be still. I was being still but I guess hardly moving justifies it. Absolutely not happy. She knew I wasn't satisfied and she could clearly see how uneven EVERYTHING was and still asked me to pay full price. I didn't cause a scene and paid the full price. My two other friends getting there nails done with me we're not satisfied with there nails or the customer service. I will give them 5/5.... 5/5 chance I will never be going back. read more

Carol is good. She has been doing my lash for 2 1/2 or 3 yrs. The last time she did my lashes they started coming off 2 days later, when I Got back in touch with her About the incident she stated they did not have any lashes in however However this past year I was being charged $45 or depending long or medium. When asking if she could replace the lashes that had fallen out she stated that there were no lashes in and they will be a week or 2 before they come in, well by that time I will need them done all over again anyway. Didn't know what to expect but I'm glad I chose this place. They treated me with kindness and dignity. The place didn't reek of medicinal or paint chemicals so that's a great first for me. I was a walk in and in less than 3 minutes I was in a booth to get a pedicure. The nail tech explained to me the prices and procedures and gave me some confidence. After choosing what I want, she set up the water and asked me do I have any pain right now. I said yes in my left big toe. She said it's more than likely a hangnail and she'll get rid of it for me. After 25 minutes of soaking, clipping, basting, rubbing, filing, and scrubbing, my feet has never felt better! She offered water, kept her focus on me (mostly, her daughter was there being a cute lil toddler), and never made me feel ashamed of my feet. I definitely recommend men who are insecure about their feet to come here. I'll definitely be back in the future! read more

I like coming here but I have it three stars because no nail tech does everything the same as their fellow techs. Depending in who you have, determines the outcome of your nails. It's really pretty and relaxing. Carol does awesome lashes!...Sometimes due to language berries , you might have issues getting your point across but overall this is decent place to come to. My nails were too thick for my liking and the polish was very lumpy! My feet were barely scrubbed during my pedicure. Employees are constantly talking with each other in their language. The atmosphere is not relaxing at all! I feel like I wasted $120 for sure! read more

I went yesterday and I got a full set and a pedi! They kept stopping to talk to each other. Switching me around to different people. After I was finally done and paid my bill and left. The owner came out behind me and followed me to the dollar tree and accused me of not paying. Luckily I didn't throw my receipt away! Worst service I have ever had! Carol did my nails and after 4 days my nails started coming off. I got SNS and I went back to get them repaired. I told her that she should re-do my whole set but she insisted on repairing. The first time I had 3 nails lifting up and after she repaired them I had 2 additional nails lift up! It was Magic City Classic and she told me she was busy and I could come back Sunday or Monday. I went back on Monday and she was not there and the other technician wanted payment to re-do my nails because they said Carol would not reimburse them. A technician removed my nails and filed them. I'm not a happy customer (now former). I made an appt with the owner two days ago I go today, I was told I had no appt. Instead of Carol taking me and doing my fill in she let me walk out the door. I went in for the shellac manicure. Total on my receipt was 30 bucks. Well when I went to check my account for another reason a few days later there was a charge for 45 dollars!!!! So you add a $15 tip?!? Really!!! So just be mindful to not use your debit or credit card. And if you do. Put a zero in the tip column. Y'alls thievery just cost you a regular paying customer. At first I loved the work but found that my nails didn't last very long. They didn't do anything with my cuticles before putting on my acrylics and by the time a week went by I needed a fill. Within two days my acrylics start coming unglued. The wait is ok depending on the day and time. I was very rushed when I got my nails filled last and it was a sloppy job. I purchased a $40 gift certificate for two manicures for a Mothers's Day gift. I was told manicures are $20. My mom and grandma went in today to get their manicures, signed the book as manicures, and told the people doing their nails they wanted manicures. They were asked to pick the color polish they wanted. Never once did they say hey, this is gel polish and it's $10 extra if that was the case. When finished, they told my mom they needed $20 after she redeemed her gift certificate. She said no, I thought manicures were $20 and they said no, it's $30. I later called the shop to confirm the pricing and Carol stated yes, manicures are $20 but they probably have gel polish on their nails. Well that's not what they asked for and you did what you wanted to do instead of what the customers asked for. So to say the least, they lost customers and anyone who decides to visit this shop, make sure to reiterate what you want and ask the pricing so they don't get over on you. read more
