I got a manicure which I do regularly, and the person was very sloppy, and did not clean under my nails, which they didn't need much, and did not cut or file my nails, so many were different lengths than others. What's up with that?! She then slathered some oil on my hands and said OK you're done. All in all, about 6/7 minutes and $25! The person at the front desk looks and acts like she'd rather be anywhere else, but there and is not very nice. The inside has been changed and it looks very cheap and disorganized. I won't be going back.

The service was beyond what I expected out of a suite nail salon. The amount of effort put into the massaging, cleaning, cleansing - amazing. The tech went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, communicated via light taps instead of talking (super appreciate this, added to the ambiance!) and even made sure I liked the nail color after she put in on one nail. The price? Definitely not costly at all and will be lower than what you are expecting, especially when compared to other sub par nail salons AND given the level of service. The salon is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The waiting area is comfortable and so are the beautiful chairs they use for pedicures. Our technicians were very thoughtful about the warmth of the water. The attention to detail is amazing. From them paying attention to problem areas on my nails and calluses to the tray they brought out the exfoliating scrubs on. In the back there are two cute cabanas to get your manicures done. The entire place is an EXPERIENCE. My nails looked beautiful when we were done and the massage was heavenly for my feet. I have my hands in water all day everyday and my gel manicure lasted forever. I peeked into the pedicure room and it looks divine. It's dimly lit with brown hues and looks like a real spa. Overall, very friendly. Manicure costs $16. You may have to tell your technician how to do it well but you could have a really good experience with a different person. I know more than 1 regular who thinks they're the best in town.
