OK Y'ALL, THIS PLACE THOUGH You walk in, and the owner, Minh (if you're reading this, I hope I spelled your name right!) greets you with a smile, learns your name, asks what services you'd like, offers you a drink, and treats you like ROYALTY the whole time you're there. And everyone that works there follows suit. Everyone was so polite and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I don't know what the magical secret to consistent, amazing, genuine customer service is, but whatever it is, they've got it figured out! I came in hoping they could squeeze me in for an SNS manicure (and then an eyebrow wax) with only about an hour until closing, and Minh just expressed so much gratitude for me coming in at all. SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS OF THE WORLD: takes notes from Minh! When you show your customers AND your employees that you truly appreciate them, it makes for the best experience all around. Ok, now for the actual service-- Hands down the BEST manicure I've ever had. Linda was so incredibly thorough and took her time. You can tell when someone truly takes pride in their work, and she is a shining example of that. And she's so sweet!! I hadn't had a mani in a loooooooong time, but she gave me claws that say "Buckle up. I'm here to take over the world!" I'm starting a new job next week and these nails are just the right shade of world conquering red. This nail salon was also the CLEANEST I've ever seen (without feeling a doctors office). And so comfortable. The lighting is relaxing, the products are oh so organized (my OCD loves that), and every single customer is treated with the caring and respect that so many businesses lack. Minh chose the right name for his business- Luxury is exactly what you experience here. read more

Tracy (nail technician) was great! Quick, efficient and paid attention to small details. Tasha at the front desk was warm and welcoming! She was a bright light! I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends, and will be back for future services. read more

Lena is great! Would highly recommend. Professional and gets the job done. Fast and neat.

As opposed to a regular review about the establishment as a whole this review is more about the service I received from Aaron! I had an appointment at 6:15p on a Thursday night. I had a Nexgen manicure, which is more commonly known as SNS but SNS is just brand specific. It always takes me a long time to pick out nail colors even when I have taken the time to Pinterest ideas ahead of time. Aaron was very patient and tried to help me as much as possible. He was really helpful at picking out a shade that matched my Pinterest idea. So that was nice. I definitely didn't feel rushed at all. Aaron was very detailed. He did one pinky nail to make sure I liked the style and colors I had chosen. The entire manicure was fantastic. He gave the most amazing hand massage!! A Nexgen nail is $35, manicure service $10, and my ombre style was $10. My friend had a different female technician who was not as detailed and actually seemed to skip a few steps. read more

Updating after about 9 months of coming here and am finally moving on to another salon (Nail Time, Chamblee--highly recommend). I always make an appointment with the same person, Brian, because he's the only person who consistently gets my SNS right. Everyone else I've tried has left me bleeding and/or with uneven or lumpy nails. The past few times I've come in for my scheduled appointments to find out he's not there. He "had an emergency" or some other reason. It is very frustrating that when the owner knows I've been completely loyal to Brian and only Brian since starting to come here, he doesn't bother to call me to let me know Brian won't be in. In some cases, I may have come anyway if I didn't have the flexibility to reschedule for when Brian was coming back, but I expect at the very least the courtesy of knowing a change has been made to my appointment. The last time this happened (3rd time in 3 months, and I come 2x per month), was the last. The woman did a horrible, sloppy job. I went straight to Nail Time close by based on their reviews and will never look back at Luxury! Also, while they appear to be taking all necessary precautions for Covid in front of customers, employees are wearing their masks unless they're sitting directly in front of the customer. Even the owner is mask-less walking around the salon while customers are inside. Masks aren't intended to protect the person right in front of you at the very moment you're interacting! Not wearing it in a place of business means they're leaving germs all over between wears for customers to catch. They allow customers to sit without masks, talking/yelling into cell phones for a full volume conversation. It's stressful and unrelaxing. Goodbye! read more

Love this fairly new nail salon! The staff here is super friendly & everyone here is uber professional. They have 20 pedicure stations & the best part of this salon is they offer frozen margaritas, strawberry daiquiris, wine and an assortment of sodas. I also got my eyebrows tinted here. I was pleased with the results and Tina did a fantastic job. Typically, eyebrow tints last 3-4 weeks. They do NOT double dip on the wax and all stations at this salon are extremely clean and sterile. I also appreciate that when you select an SNS color, they suggest a matching shade for your toes if you're planning to get a pedicure at the same time. Min is the manager at this location & he makes sure that you are well taken care of. He'll greet you when you walk in and follow up with you if needed. He speaks perfect English so no worries there when trying to communicate your specific needs. Su (male nail tech) did a fantastic job with my SNS during my last visit. He followed my exact instructions and I was very pleased with the results. I was so happy with the experience that when my boyfriend wanted to get his first manicure & pedicure, I brought him to this nail spa. In his line of work, he tends to get tar stuck underneath his nails so a monthly manicure makes everyone happy. And what man doesn't enjoy getting his toe jam removed?! Am I right?! :P Luxury Nail Salon is located in the Whole Foods Shopping center off of Peachtree Blvd. Plenty of free parking spots available throughout and walk ins are welcome. read more

I typically get my nails done every blue moon, but when I'm in the mood I always struggle on where to go because I'd never found a place I fully enjoyed...until now. I was a walk in and was attended quickly. I'm not familiar with what to ask for, if I want acrylic, gel or sns but the lady at the front was very patient and helpful with checking me and helping me decide what services I wanted. A young lady name Jennifer did my acrylics. I showed a reference picture and she did such an amazing job I am in love with my nails. I had just gotten off work and was extremely tired all day so once I finally got in the chair I was dozing off and Jennifer was attentive the entire time making sure I was comfortable. I did get a gel pedicure as well. I do not know the name of the lady who did mi pedicure but my toes look amazing and I was honestly looking forward to the massage and she did not disappoint. I do believe I found my new favorite place to go to every blue moon! read more

This nail salon uses poor quality SNS powder. Your nails will chip just after a few days. I went back last week to get my nails re-done because they started chipping only after a week and guess what they are already chipping again SMH. The owner made me feel uncomfortable demanding to know the last four digits of my husbands credit card used to pay for the services. I will not return to this salon nor will I ever recommend it. I usually never write reviews but so far I have really been loving this nail salon! I moved to Brookhaven recently after living in midtown for years and while my old nail place was great, I really wanted to find a place closer to me (and open all days of the week!). I came in once on a whim and the techs did such a fantastic job taking care of my damaged nails and manicuring them in a way where I could maintain/grow them back stronger. I am heading out on a vacation soon so I wanted to have a bit of a fancier style rather than the plain grow-out nails I was maintaining, and since I had a good first experience I decided to give this place a second shot- I was SO happy I did! I showed my nail tech the picture I wanted to emulate (ombré look on acrylics) and she helped me pick out the colors I wanted without pressuring me at all. I did ask her to have thinner acrylics since I don't often wear them and I wanted something that didn't feel TOO different from natural nails; she listened to every word and was able to create an absolutely fantastic nail look- SO pretty and EXACTLY what I wanted (and the price was so reasonable as well)!! I really think I've found my new go-to nail salon, I definitely would recommend it if you're in the market for one too! read more

This was my first visit to Luxury Nail Bar, all of the Facebook and Yelp reviews made me do it! When I walked in I was greeted right away, I assume by Min, the manager. He was very nice. I came in to get the ombré SNS done, so Summer did my nails, I believe she and Tina are the only two who can do the ombré. Summer did an amazing job, as you can see in the attached photos! She took her time and made sure that every nail was perfect. That means a lot to me because a lot of the time you'll come across nail salons that only care about the money and not the quality. I was offered a beverage when I sat down with Summer, awesome! I didn't have a margarita this time but next time for sure! I'll definitely be returning! Summer is going to be my new nail tech! I requested a classic basic manicure but was charged for an hot oil and paraffin manicure. The polish would not dry after waiting 35 minutes on a Saturday. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. The manager/owner said that I should stop back next week for a free repolish. It should have been done correctly the first time. I don't have time to come back and traveled quite far to try out this place. This was a complete waste of my time. read more

Nails were a complete disaster. Did a full set with gel polish and it wasn't even three hours and the polish is coming off. The guy was in such a rush that he hurt me twice with the nail filer. Also my real nail from the set are separated which I've never had that happen before. He left so much space in between my cuticle and the polish so they look like they're already grown out... And finally, the nails look so bulky, they look ridiculous. read more

I was looking forward to getting rid of my quarantined feet but this wasn't my best experience. The salon was slow but the tech rushed through my pedicure and managed to nick me twice. No interest in doing a good job at all, in my opinion, only getting me done. I was hoping to find a good tech today as my normal salon was still closed. I was supposed to have a 30 min massage and maybe I did, if you count the sugar scrub plus the cooling gel she rubbed on me. Sugar scrub isn't meant to be a massaging lotion. She never gave me her name. Or spoke at all. I had contemplated having my nails done but not by this girl. I will wait until my salon opens up. On another note, they did have good music and the salon was clean. The staff was friendly. The service was prompt. read more

I had a powder ombre done yesterday. The nail tech was looking around the salon while filling my nails, literally not looking at my finger nails while filling with the drill. I asked him if everything was OK, he didn't answer and started to pay attention to my nails after another 10 minutes of what c looked like watching the others techs. When finished the tips were quite rough and bumpy and I thought it would asked down in a few hours. The colors and placement of the "ombre" are too loud and make it look like my nails are bleeding. Very chopped not a nice blend from top to tip ombre. I called today told them I don't like the color. They said come in and we'll fix it. I asked will you charge me she said no. When I got here the tech said they will charge. I said, "I told you on the phone it is powder ombre and I don't like the color and you told me you would not charge me" 2 techs continued to argue they will charge me. I specifically called ahead to explain and hear if they would or would not charge me to fix it. She said, "oh, no we won't charge". I gave her my name and said I'll be there in 15 minutes. I believe she lied to me and as a customer service satisfaction, just like a hair stylist will make an adjustment at least 1 time if you're not happy, I would expect the same at a nail salon. I used to come here alot with great service by another tech, Lana, who is no longer there. I paid $65 for this service, which is $10-15 more than another salon I use. I will NEVER go to our recommend Luxury Nail Bar in Jantzen Beach again!!! read more

I absolutely love this place soley because my girl Snow does a stellar job with SNS. She is meticulous about her work and it lasts longer than other places I have gotten SNS done. They have a good selection of colors even though I stick to my basic neutrals. However this time I ventured out of my comfort zone to match my beach vacation and she literally brought the beach to my fingertips (see picture). Reason why they don't have a 5 star is because my pedicures have always been subpar compared to most places. This past visit the lady didn't scrub and I had dry spots everywhere even though I got an additional parafen treatment. Room for improvement. read more

Love love love this place! I've been coming since they opened. It's conveniently located near Whole Foods, so I usually grab breakfast/lunch and get a mani/pedi. I walked in around 6:15pm and they let me know it would be a 30 minute wait. I told them I wasn't in a rush so that was okay with me! 2 other women came after me and were seated- I'm assuming because I overheard them say they had appointments. One other woman came in as a walk in at least 20 minutes after me, and was also seated before me. I even made eye contact and waved at the techs around as I observed the seating arrangement. Would not recommend this nail salon. read more

This past walk-in was my third time coming to this nail salon and my first time getting a pedicure. I was immediately seen and taken to a massage chair where my pedi was prepped for. They offer soft drinks and wine as soon as you choose a color and they have a great selection of primarily OPI varnishes. I had a really sweet woman do my pedicure - I chose the $55 callous removing one and was really pleased with how delicate she was. Throughout the process of callous-shaving she asked me if the temp of the water and towels was okay and she was really meticulous with clipping and massaging. My legs felt so smooth after. As far as the three pedicures I've had here, each one has been gel acrylic which I highly recommend just because my manicures have not once chipped after getting them done here. They are really efficient and the whole process of a refill takes less than an hour which I like, but I'm still getting quality work. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place! Nice atmosphere, great customer service, and really quality experience every time! read more

I'm sort of picky about my nails, and I've suffered through a handful of bad and or weird manicures all over North Atlanta. And then this place came along. They get my nails perfect every single time. Even the times I wanted something really specific and came in with a photo, they've made it happen. Minh is great, whenever he does my nails I leave with exactly what I asked for. He fixed a nail for me today that I slammed in a car door (ouch) and broke last night, and it matches my other nails perfectly, and it didn't hurt despite my finger being super tender. It's a few bucks pricier than some other places in the area, but not unreasonably so, and I'd rather throw down an extra $5 to have them done well. They get busy on weekends so it's wise to make an appointment. I've never had a bad nail tech. :) Easily the best shop in town. read more

Nice people. Horrible manicure. Looks like something my daughter would do at home for me. Bubbled up polish.

I'm just leaving the establishment, and I am overjoyed with my service! I'm literally leaving this review in my car. I've been here a couple of times and everyone is always nice, but tonight my technician Snow really went above and beyond. I got SNS on my nails and gel on my feet and wanted something very particular. I was looking for a glitter overlay for my nails and this difficult with SNS to not completely cover the color underneath. Snow worked with me and tried an Ombré technique with the powder that got me exactly what I wanted. I decided to try out a new nail salon. It had been a very long time since i was able to get my nails done. I got an SNS manicure and a signature pedicure. The pedicure was absolutely the best I've ever had. Tobi ACTUALLY got my callused rough feet to be super smooth. It had about a half inch of rough skin since I had been working on my feet and hadn't been able to get a pedicure in so long. It felt amazing and I was so relaxed. My toes look great and you can even tell a huge difference in the bottoms of my feet and heels. The SNS was another story. The color was uneven and the sides of my nails weren't filed down at all so it looked chunky. However! I called the manager and told him about it and he invited me back to fix it. I accepted and so glad that I did. He took extra care to make sure that it wouldnt happen again. He genuinely wanted to know specific details about my experience so that he can avoid this issue in the future not just for me but for all customers. He chose his top SNS manicurist to fix my polish for free AND he gave me a gift certificate to equal what I tipped her. I can't even express how much I appreciated their service, especially because I am normally not very vocal when I'm not happy with something as I don't want to cause anyone more stress. I will definitely be a regular customer. :) read more
