Apparently my vision isn't impaired enough to require glasses, but if I wanted them, then of course they could fill the prescription in their office. I think we would all agree that the gem of their office is the woman who assists with ordering glasses. She is so friendly and charming and clearly loves her job. It was such a delight working with her. I am happy with the fit and her recommendations based upon my face shape and size. I am happy to have found a good optometrist to make sure my vision is 20/20!

Regardless, the service was generally pretty good otherwise they seem pretty thorough and the exam and my context lens prescription turned out great. I'm now seeing 2020 in both eyes. The cost was fair and competitive with other places I've been to in the area previously the front desk staff for nice. The location is convenient.

The problem here is that nobody asked me if I wanted it, or even told me I was being charged for it. I didn't even have a pamphlet explaing what it is. Also, this was charged to my flexible spending account debit card. This is not an eligible expense, so I now have to call my plan administrator so that I do not get a %100 penalty for the erroneous charge. So, like I said, be careful and check everything on your receipt befor you leave.

We have been coming here for years, and same reception gal. Greeting is very dry, and robotic. Today we were asked to show insurance card, and fill out paperwork. Definitely need more room to fill out your name, phone and address. When my client was called I was told to not come in. I advised the gal I am her caregiver, and help her walking, since she does not use a cane or walker. She just looked at me like I had said something in a different language. I have ALWAYS gone in with my 92 year old client. I asked the gal to please come hold my clients hand since she was not allowing me in for her eye exams. Even as we are checking out, the gal at check out has no courtesy, or warmth another gal that is not professional at her job. Except for the doctor. He has excellent customer service skills.
