When soaking your nails in water, they don't clean the bowl afterwards before giving it to the next person. They grabbed a bowl that was near the sink, filled it up with water and put my nails in it. Once my nails are finished soaking, they emptied it out the bowl and put it back where they found the bowl for the next person to use. I saw another nail tech do the same thing. This should be a major hygiene issue because what if someone has fungus in their nail and that is just being transferred to another person.

We were told they could take us right away and within minutes one technician was preparing three side by side chairs and bowls for us. I noticed a few people come in that got seated right away and had a technician at their feet starting their service. Not my husband nor I. Our daughter started while our feet waded in the water. I made sure to express that when I asked if we all could be serviced and was told they could I didn't expect to have in tandem service. My husband ended up opting out and took himself to the car to wait. The woman who was about to finally work on his pedicure switched over to me. I was insisting that I too no longer wanted service due to the disappointment of them not having enough technicians to take care of us simultaneously. But seeing how our daughter was in the middle of service and we would have to wait either way I've ended up staying for service. But I will never patronize this place again. It was the best place to go. Bryan asked me if I wanted a drink, and he gave me a margarita which it wasn't fancy in anyway, but just the thought and extra touch made it a better experience for me. Another customer who came halfway through my dip was attended to prior to my partner, and I had to request his manicure again. I paid $45 for my dip manicure, yet it did not include any cuticle or hand care. I had specifically requested a dip manicure, and was not told that cuticle care was separate, nor was I asked if I wanted this. Additionally, when I had picked out my color, the actual dip color was bright purple (distinctly different than the fuschia on the sample; nail attendant said likely the sample was just old). When asked if I liked the color, and I identified it was quite different, a new color dip was then just added on top, leading to very thick nails and splotchy color up close. They were too thick and unfortunately have started chipping just after 1 week. I am very disappointed in my experience here. TLDR: cuticle care comes separate and you must ask for it. My experience showed subpar customer attention and nail service, with cut cuticles, thickly applied dip, and quickly chipped dip (1 week). Would not recommend.
