Let me start off by saying that the people here are nice and welcoming and easy to talk to. The ambience is modern and clean. I really like the look of it in here. But here are the issues that I ran into. They are called a nail bar, but I wasn't offered any drinks at the beginning. I waited to see if anyone would ask me and nothing. I decided to just ask myself if they had something to drink. I got myself a glass of wine. So if they don't ask you, be sure to ask yourself. The manicure was just okay. My nail technician really worked hard on shaping the nails so I appreciate that. The nails still look chunky and wide. There were times that he pushed back my cuticles.. I think he was doing that.. and it was hurting my fingers. I didn't say anything though just because everyone's process is different. When he was filing down the filing down the gel X, it hurt and stung my skin too. What's interesting is that he didn't get me to wash my hands after he filed down the gel X. So when he painted over the gel X there was dust from filing. Also, when I flip over my nails, you can see the black nail polish and it looks messy. It would've been great if he had covered the underside with a black too. When I left, I asked about the nail polish on the underside and she said to not pick at it or it'll mess up the nail. (I actually went to another place to get reshaping done they mentioned that my nails look like tips with the builder gel and not natural like gel X. So idk if what I got was gel x with tip or builder gel with tip. I'm confused) The pedicure was just okay too. I feel like my calluses weren't worked on very much. Both mani and pedi colors looked great. The execution of everything else not so much. Via Instagram they informed me I do get a 10% off on my birthday but they were shy $2. I called them to ask if they could re-shape my nails and they said to come in and they'll take care of me which is nice of them. But it's an hour away from me so I'll have to pass. read more

I really hate to be this person but I came in on a Saturday afternoon to get a pedicure before I go out of town(salon is completely empty by the way) . I had a gift certificate in the amount of $50 that I wanted to utilize ( it was purchase less than a month and a half ago as a birthday gift) . The owner stated I could not use it because a month ago they switched ownership . I was a bit bummed but decided to proceed because I had already made the trip to Sandy springs and I didn't mind paying for a pedicure as long as it was done well. The pedicure was the most basic pedicure I have ever received and they charge $35 for it which is a bit ridiculous for the quality of service . It was worth no more than $20 I'm not even joking . Then I wanted to know how much gel polish was and they say an additional $20 which is absurd and quite frankly probably why the salon is EMPTY on a Saturday afternoon even though they have a phenomenal location . So I decide to go with Regular polish and just get the pedicure and leave . When I get to the front the owner says my total is $45. I question why there is a an additional $10 charge and she states it's because they had to remove my gel polish during my pedicure ...... is gel or polish removal not a requirement and included with the service ? I'm in utter shock but I don't make a fuss I just pay and go. Needless to say I will NEVER be back here and I see why they don't have customers . I feel robbed in all honesty and I'm so disappointed that I even gave them my money. I could've just went to my normal salon but what wanted to give them a go because I was given a gift certificate and they couldn't even honor it . This place looks beautiful and I had high hopes. Unfortunately it missed the mark in multiple ways. First they had a long wait and didn't let us know when we arrived + it's overpriced. The manicure took 5 mins (not kidding, for a male) resulting in nails looking the exact same. When asked to fix a nail she used the cuticle cutter that was being used on me without cleaning it for another person. Despite "fixing it- it still looked like the cuticles weren't cut. For the pedicure, in order to have the callus scrubbed, you have to pay for the more expensive pedicure options. I did this and I would consider it a basic pedicure everywhere else (and it was rushed). The nails chipped after two days, which is rare for a pedicure. There are so many other options in the area, so I hope they are able to work out their issues asap. read more

Kim did a gel extension set with custom design for me. They feel really good on. She had nice timing for my service. It's always hit or miss for me. When I get gel polish I usually come back within 3 days because I've Experienced chipping or cracking of my polish. My last service here was a dip finish and it too cracked the next day. Got a classic set lash extension. I picked this place because I love the shopping plaza it's in. However, my lashes are HORRIBLE! It took over 2 hours to do and that's time I'll never get back. The lashes themselves are hard and crusty. They're also shorter than I requested. The tech, or owner, didn't install them with any style or reason. Some longer lashes randomly mixed in with short lashes. I've been getting extensions for 15 years and have never had such a bad experience. I can't wait to get them redone. These were awful. I came to this salon excited to get my first gel manicure, but after 2 days, the result has been extremely disappointing. Within 24 hours, the polish on my thumb had already chipped and today, the polish on my index finger is about to come off COMPLETELY. I haven't done anything particularly strenuous with my fingers, so I'm appalled at the result after TWO DAYS. My friend's gel manicure is still holding up fine, but again, it's only been two days, so I would not recommend coming here because the consistency is definitely not there. This nail salon is placed in a beautiful area. Soon as I walked in a a teenage boy asked what I wanted & sat me down but I can tell he was working under pressure, not much knowledge about salon. The lady who did my nail's was his mom and she did an awful job not satisfied at all! I asked for funny bunny(light shade of white) it looked good on my toes (someone else did my toes she did a wonderful job) but the lady who did my nails the shape of my nails are off and the funny bunny she put on my nails looked rushed you could see the streaks and she kept picking at the bubbles as she polished.. I did not like it so I suggested just white and asked her not to make it look thick she says "it's white why do you care how thick it is".. I wanted a design on my nails but once I seen how horrible they were i told her never mind she said "Good, design won't look good with white you will not see it & I already spent to much time on your nails." I pointed out that the shape of my nails were off and she said "You didn't let me file".. No massage, no lotion. She knew she was wrong! I went today 2/26 left the shop at 4:30 pm ran errands took a shower and came out to my nails looking like this (yellow) I've given this place several chances literally told my friend today I'm in a toxic relationship with this place because my nails always mess up but I keep coming back because I can walk. The grey photo was my last visit which was 2 weeks ago I leave for the beach so wanted a different color and had to go back for the grey twice also. They asked me to come back today and I just knew I can't get my nails done the day before because it's going to mess up and I was right! I was in town for a wedding and needed to get a pedicure. I was shocked by the blatant segregation that the staff did with the customers. Every time a minority client came in, they were seated straightahead from the front door. Every time a Caucasian customer came in, they were seated to the left far end of the salon. This happened over and over. At first, I thought that I was just imagining things but as more clients came in for pedicures, I watched the same thing happen over and over again; minorities to the right and Caucasian appearing guests to the left. It was very disheartening. I really was tempted to walk out. For being in the middle of Atlanta and in this day and age, I was shocked by this occurrence. It started off rough. I called head, they had availability. We arrived and sat in the chairs. One with boiling hot water and one cold water. Drain was broken and the equipment, chairs, etc all appeared dirty. The process was slow, almost 2 hours. The tech left in the middle of the pedicure to go tint someone's eyebrows, didn't say anything and 10 min later someone else finally took over. There was no hand massage. The dip powder residue stained all over my skin, and the nails are not uniform. They tried to short cut the removal of my old gel. After my first experience was not great, I wanted to support a local business and wanted to give them a second chance. Sadly, there will not be a third. The only positive was it is close in proximity and the variety of color choices were great. read more

I'm not a fan of being up sold too because someone thinks my style of beauty is not to their standards *cough* trying to do my eyebrows twice.. *cough* but they were very professional! I brought my own polish only because I liked the color and had a specific look I was going for. Very clean place and they 80% care about Covid. Meaning, 80% of staff had masks and they sat everyone separately with a seat in between everyone. What I was most impressed with was the nail tech that did my toes. She was so perfect with it like, SUPER PERFECT! I was impressed. Like there was an area that didn't have polish all the way and she filled it in with such precision. Also, she used a makeup brush to cleanup my nail bed and around the nail (which wasn't really what my nails on my fingers got but was fine lol). I was impressed. very nice area , horrible service . Just your typical chop shop dressed up. The workers rush all services , are unskilled and don't even greet you or tell you who they are , you have to ask! This place needs to go. utensils are unsanitary, he used the same cheese grater from on the floor on my aunts foot. my gel manicure was rushed , no soak no massage. Save your time and money !! any time you get any service all files , buffers , pumice stones need to be disposable. All metal implements need to be sterilized not rinsed and sealed back ! I have been coming here since they opened! The owners Brian and Kelly are amazing. They truly care about their guests that keep coming back. I have never had a bad experience here and my nails last for 3 weeks and sometimes a month if I don't have time to go back in for a fill. Do not let some of these reviews scare you from trying this place for yourself. Everyone in this salon is working very hard and they care that you leave happy. If you are not happy than simply just say something and they will gladly fix whatever it is! I have broken a nail (completely my fault) before, to be honest a couple times, and every time I have gone back to get one nail fixed that I broke they happily fix it for me and don't even charge me to fix the nail. I tip them of course because they took time to fix a nail that I broke but I always feel like they genuinely care about me every time I go! read more

It's either a really good manicure that last 2+ weeks or one that literally (I mean LITERALLY) slides off your nails in 4 days. Yes, I said slide off. I went in for a gel French tip manicure. I picked my color & the lady immediately got hesitant about me asking for tips & kept saying she couldn't do that. I was confused - you would've thought I had asked for a super complicated design. Nope. Literally French tips on my regular nail. I was like ... ok how about we just do a regular mani in this color. That should've been my sign to leave right there. This manicure literally slide off my nails. You know how usually gel is really damaging to take off? Not this one - this artist was obviously very inexperienced if she missed a crucial step in a basic manicure process where the gel polish could slide off my nails. $60 for 4 days of wear. No thanks! Visited here, as they were the only ones with availability during my visit to ATL. Nice decor and super clean interior however the service was not the best. The person that dealt with us was not transparent with pricing when we were trying to decide between options and was constantly trying to upsell. My husband was torn between getting clear polish or a buff and she pushed him to get a buff without mentioning that would be an additional charge. When it came time to pay she tried to charge us for higher service than we requested. Don't believe the minutes they have listed for services, we did a pedicure they have listed for 45mins however it was only 15mins long makes you wonder if you actually got what you paid for.... read more
