I set up a project on Yelp, and after getting an outrageously high bid, Judy called and set up a time to actually come and look at all 3000 sq ft. She gave me a bid, and I jumped on it. Now, we were out of town. She could have taken my money and ran. But she didn't. In fact, she found a problem and actually came back again the next day to straighten it out.
