I came in for a 50-minute deep tissue massage this past Sunday (not my first visit, been to BW multiple times and by far my favorite visit) - and I say this having recently experienced massages at two other highly-rated luxury spas in the last 5 weeks, one in Santa Fe and one in Guanacaste, Costa Rica - Navid's was by far one of the best I've had in a very long time. What sets him apart starts with his demeanor. He is warm, friendly, and wonderfully reverent - you feel at ease the moment you're in his care. But it's his technical skill that truly elevates the experience. His touch, pressure, and precision are A+. Every movement felt intentional, every pressure point felt considered. This wasn't just a massage - it was therapeutic artistry. I left feeling genuinely restored and felt wonderful afterwards. And one more thing - he mentioned that his skills truly come to life in a 90-minute session, and after experiencing just 50 minutes, I have absolutely no doubt. That is already on my calendar. His name, Navid, means 'Good News' - and I can't think of a more perfectly appointed name for someone who delivers exactly that, one massage at a time. Thank you, Navid!

I've always had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It's one of my favorite places for a girls' spa day or to celebrate a special occasion. I've also brought my mom here for Mother's Day and birthdays, which makes for a really nice experience together. The spa has a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere, and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. They also offer gift cards that can help you save a little money, which is great if you visit regularly or want to give someone a spa day as a gift. Definitely a wonderful place for self-care or celebrating with someone special!

Despite the small size, I'm thankful the option exists in the area and I thought the pricing to be comparable for the location and given it's smaller size. I came on a weekday morning and there were only a few other folks, but by afternoon time it filled up. Some of the rooms could only fit 4 people lying down, so I can't imagine how this would work on weekends when there's more people. By April 2025 my last visit, I experienced facial burns after a red-light treatment was left on for an extended period. As a result, I dealt with significant skin damage, including persistent peeling and rash‑like symptoms, for approximately eight months. I contacted the spa multiple times--by phone, email, text, and by sending photos of the damage--but received no meaningful response or follow‑up. Despite my repeated attempts, I was never contacted by the owner. Additionally, the business has changed its name three times since my visits in 2025, which I found concerning. I am still paying for unused facial services but no longer feel comfortable returning. All I have requested is a direct call from the owner to address this situation, but to date, that has not happened.

They tried selling me a $3000 red light wand I'd have to use every day so I could really see a difference. I declined. I've seen no change in my neck. (But did get a compliment on my skin the next day!) I wish they would advertise this for what it actually is- a facial. I originally did a one star review for what felt like false advertising and an esthitician who insulted me by what I use on my face (Tallow). I got a call shortly after by (I'm assuming) the manager. He asked if he refunded my money would I agree to change my Yelp rating to a 4 star. I agreed and got my refund while we were still on the phone, and I changed my review. I'm now updating it to add more detail so others are aware of how this business does things. I'm happy with the nice (overpriced in my opinion) facial, the call and refund, but their advertising is all wrong and I didn't get what I went in for. I'd make it a one star but I did get a refund and am happy that they made it right. Sadly, I know I'm not the only one this has happened too. Others have reached out to me since my review and said they had similar experiences.

Next time I think I'll spring for a longer one though - 60 minutes wasn't quite enough, I wasn't ready to go back to the real world! Thank you to Allee Massage for fixing my last visit and letting me give it a second chance. You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. I really liked my experience with Laura. She helped my back feel better which is a miracle. I will definitely be coming back here again for more services.
