My friend had Nala and said it was very good experience if you park your car in the Winchester lot, the first 2 hours are free. paid per hour after that. no validation checking out after the spa was a bit confusing because it's the same room as people checking in. people were scattered around the room and not sure who was behind who in line or where to go. once it got to my turn, the process was wonderful and went smoothly am definitely returning for more relaxation. we all need it sometimes!

They have hot tube, cold pool, wet & dry Sauna, massage chair- can use for 30 min for free. And they serve food inside. You can literally spend the entire day here. I wish we did. We had such an amazing experience. After our body scrub, our skin never felt so soft. They clean you so good. I wanna do this quarterly.

Pricing is good considering the Bay Area and you can get a membership that lowers the prices further. Parking is tricky around dinner time as the parking lot is shared with some restaurants and a local dive bar, but during the day it's very easy.

You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. I really liked my experience with Laura. She helped my back feel better which is a miracle. I will definitely be coming back here again for more services. Parking is fine with three spots in front of the business and more areas to park on the sides. It did not seem like a busy area and parking does not seem to be an issue here. Amanda asked me if there were any areas she should focus on and also let me know I could let her know if I needed her to adjust the pressure. I've been getting massages in the San Jose area for years and Amanda is the first masseuse to ever ask me those questions. They also did a layer of heated towels between the sheet and the blanket that was magical and again, not something we've had done in other massage locations. The room was calming with low, warm lighting while we undressed. It was mostly shut off during our massage. The music was also playing low. Very easy to let yourself relax here. The lobby and overall space is well curated. The lobby has a coffee and tea bar that also has water post massage. 100/10 be sure to call and make an appt for you're girl!Can't wait to be back!

The garden room was really nice and cozy. It felt safe to leave all our stuff there since the whole back room was reserved for us. Our group of 4 were separated in twos, 2 people did massages while the other two were in the sauna. It was my first time getting a massage, so I think it was pretty good for a first timer! The person massaging me was nice and knew the areas to focus on. After the massage, my friend and I switched with the others and went into the sauna. They provided ice with a towel + iced water with lemon to prevent us from overheating. The whole hour of massaging and sauna went by so quickly! After the sessions were done, we were given organic veggies with ranch and parfaits to refresh ourselves. There were also crackers and spinach dip to snack on. This was surprisingly filling and refreshing. We were then moved over to the hot tub area and lost track of time, but it was nice since we didn't feel rushed or time restricted. I had a great first massage, followed by some of the worst by others...barely any effort or movement. One essentially just held my hand for a good 5 min (I thought she fell asleep). I've had stronger handshakes. This is unethical. If they want to render less service for deals, it should be stated upfront rather than bait and switch.
