The turf project is now complete because DFW Turf Pro's owner Marc made it so easy. We talked with several other turf companies and were pleased with their product offerings and pricing. We met Marc at the Dallas Home Show where he helped make the decision so easy by answering all of our questions and without hesitating agreed to upgrade the turf at the same price of a middle grade turf. The inital results were great until our plants started drying. At first they said we watered too much and replaced a couple of plants. Then more started to die. We were then told that we weren't watering enough. After WE found a leak in the irrigation system, they had to at least come and address something. Problem solved, NOPE! What we were told was that the company THEY hired out for irrigation, was no longer being used and that due to this, our warranty was no longer valid. So, now what so we have? Dead/dying plants a busted irrigation system and now another bill from a reputable irrigation company to fix Daystar's problem. This is what $40,000 gets you.
