He said he would send an estimate by the end of the day. 07-01-2026 06:57 AM I emailed and texted them, "Hello Mike. You stopped at my house a few days ago. I haven't seen an estimate come through yet. Did you email one? " 07-06-2026 08:52 AM I called the office and left a voice mail. 07-06-2026 9:16 AM I got a text: "Hey there! It's Mike from Evo Turf&Pavers. Sorry I missed your call. I'll get back to you ASAP!" 07-08-2026 10:08 AM I got a text: "Hi good morning. Sorry I'll be back in town tomorrow." 08-10-2026 08:18 PM A month later and I have heard nothing. I don't usually chase people to give them my money. So now I will start over, with someone new. I don't know if my job was too small for them, or they are too busy, or they are just incompetent and lack systems and follow up. None of it is an excuse for how I was treated, and the time that was wasted. Evo Turf needs to rename itself to "Never Turf". That would be much more accurate. Hey, "Ev-OH NO! Turf", save the apology, and the request for a phone call to explain things and make it right. You are fired. Get a CRM with a follow up system, make sure the manager is on top of the salespeople. If you can't use a basic CRM, fire everyone and start over. As a matter of fact, the owners should fire themselves. You should not be operating a business.
