Virk intentionally damaged the bumper of my brand-new Corvette Z06 and made no effort to repair or compensate me. After I demanded that the damages be covered, he disappeared and ignored all communication. Weeks later, he agreed in writing to pay $1,500 for the damage -- a payment he has still failed to make. When confronted, Virk even went so far as to threaten to fight me instead of taking responsibility This is not an isolated incident. Virk has a history of mishandling customer vehicles, leaving them damaged or unfinished. Moreover, his business repeatedly violates township regulations by performing outdoor and body work in areas where he is not zoned or licensed to do so. My legal counsel and I are in the process of contacting the township zoning officer regarding these violations. Consumers should be extremely cautious when dealing with Ehtesham Virk and Gooncustoms.

So before trusting anyone with it, I did a thorough search of shops in my area to make sure it would get the highest-quality treatment. Bodymotion had touchless tire-mounting equipment and solid customer reviews, so I decided to bring my S2000 here and pay the premium they charge. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed damage on the fender that wasn't there before. I pointed it out, and they claimed it was pre-existing and that they'd noted it before starting service. I hand washed this car the day before drop-off. There is no way I would have missed cosmetic damage like this. They then told me it was caused by my oversized tires. While the tires are larger than stock, I had the fenders rolled to fit them properly and have run this setup without issue for 20 years. As "proof," they showed a photo taken before the work. But it was shot from a distance, the supposed damage is barely visible, and a photo like that proves nothing, since it could just as easily have been taken after the damage occurred. At no point would they acknowledge even the possibility that the damage happened in their care, which made further dialogue pointless. Customers beware. If you still choose to bring your car here, insist on a documented pre-inspection of the entire vehicle with a staff member before any work begins, and photograph everything yourself. I came in for a tire change and got it. But I'm now left hunting for a body shop to repair my fender, and it certainly won't be this one. Edit: Found a photo from a month ago (newly added). So it's either the damage occurred over the last month, which is unlikely because it barely gets driven ('02 MY and 35k miles), or damaged post drop-off. You be the judge.
