Being an extremely frequent traveler I called as soon as they were 1 minute late after confirming the night before as most services usually arrive 5-10 minutes early. The owner said he'd check and get right back to me - he didn't but I called 4 minutes later - he said the driver would be there in two minutes - bottom line 20 calls between the owner and the driver who gave me multiple excuses and times I caught a cab after 40 minutes and missed my flight and the event I was flying into. The only thing the owner kept saying is "this guy is fired" which didn't solve my problem and he didn't offer any restitution. He should have checked that his driver was on the way 30-40 minutes before the time. I think this is a one man show sub contracting to whomever will take the fare - STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS IF ITS IMPORTANT TO ARRIVE ON TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dan, who I *think* is the owner, has been in business for a number of years, and has driven many high end clients, including governors, and couldn't be friendlier or more professional. He was our driver on both dates, so I can't give a reference for the other drivers. His rates were very competitive, and his town car was spotless. I'm not sure if he does wine tours and the like, but I can't recommend him highly enough for his promptness, service, and professional and friendly manner. He will also send you a receipt prior to your transportation date, so you have everything in writing. He definitely receives five stars from this Yelper!

Aleks has become our go-to limo service in San Francisco. It is so easy to book via text message. I…read morewas able to book two round-trip transfers to SFO for my family and then parents. Beautiful cars, courteous drivers, reasonable prices. Aleks and his drivers gave me great peace of mind because I had to book car service my memory-challenged parents from their home to the airport on a day that I was not traveling with them. I was greatly reassured that Aleks car would be on time, patient, and could handle the payments remotely. They were delivered to the airport and picked up on return without issue. We require a Chevy suburban for our group and I've had frustrating experiences trying to get an oversize SUV on Uber and lyft. Sometimes small SUVs arrive that cannot accommodate our luggage. Aleks' Black Suburbans are beautifully maintained and terrifically clean. His driver Gela is the epitome of European elegance, and graciously loaded all of our luggage. Their Covid protocols were top notch, the driver wore a mask and gloves, and offered hand sanitizer to us all as soon as we entered the car. I'm sure he would've been willing to drive with windows down if we asked. Additionally, I was able to pay directly on Venmo which was very appreciated.

Totally reasonable cost, and comfortable car. I kept his card, and remembered it when trying to get to the airport when a "something-force" convention was in town. I'd waited 45 minutes for a cab to arrive and was getting desperate. Somehow, Clarindo knew someone who was free, and they got me to the airport on time!! Without breaking any traffic laws, I might add. They're $10 more than a cab for me, but the peace of mind is worth it. They arrive EARLY. This morning, for a friend's 7:30 ride, the car service was waiting outside at 7AM! Amazing. Please note, though, that their rate on their website is wrong. It's $54 and not $45. They're working on fixing this, and are up front when you call to book a ride as well as reminding you before the ride, so there's no "hidden" surprise.
