A lot of laundry mats in the metro area do not offer the wash and fold service so I was so grateful to find one that offered, quick and friendly service. I had a mixture of clothing items that needed to be washed. Everything from intimates to a duvet cover and bed sheets and yoga pants. I dropped off my two bags of laundry around 3pm and it was ready next day after 6pm. I don't know how many pounds my laundry was but two garage bag fulls cost my $19 for all to be cleaned, folded and wrapped in saran wrap. They weigh your clothes in front of you on the scale. You don't have to bring your own washing products unless you have specific ones to use. Otherwise they will wash with the detergent that they have there. The lady who helped me was very nice and able to explain the process thoroughly to me. The pick up went seamlessly! I will be back!

Needless to say I racked up on like 6/7 loads of laundry and it was just getting unbearable. When I lived down town I had tide service but I couldn't find anything similar in Gwinnett. So I went to yelp and saw they had pretty great reviews and wasn't too far out. When you arrive - it's a tight parking lot. Most of the spots are usually full if you don't get there early. They open at 7am so try to get there early as I went mid day on a Sunday. My intentions were to wash my clothes in the large washers but discovered they had a wash dry and fold service. At this Point I didn't care the pricing as long as those clothes were clean! The service was wonderful. Michelle walked me through everything and showed the pricing, pick up etc. for their services. Clothes are weighed @ $1.90 a lb and I had 40 lbs. yes I know! Lol I was told it was a 3-5 day turn around and I received text notifications of my progress and when the clothes were ready. Michelle cleaned them very quickly and they smelled and looked so good. I will definitely use this service again! Looking forward to it and highly recommend.

It's a small laundromat, but is well-run and fairly priced. I dropped my laundry off on a Sunday afternoon and expected it to be a few days before it was done due to Christmas being this week. Richard called me the next day and it was ready! Clothes were folded nicely and it was a great experience - I'll be returning for sure!

After reading a few reviews, I decided to run over to Duke's on a Saturday afternoon. 1st impression was great. Place looked and smelled clean. There was a fantastic lady who waited on me. Awesome customer service, weighed the laundry, she wrote down my requests (no perfumes/dyes...small allergy) and she gave me a total. She asked if I wanted to pick them up later.
