I've been going to this salon for over 6 years and have always been treated with respect and courtesy. In fact, I've recommended several friends to the salon. I was able to come in for a walk-in service and could say I was not disappointed. Within 50 minutes, I was able to get my gel-X nails removed and a basic manicure/pedicure. One of the most stand out parts of my experience was the attentiveness and service provided by the staff. Appreciated how they checked in with me if I was feeling any discomfort (if at all). Usually I find myself trying to bear with the pain from some places. Overall, very relaxing experience and would go back for a casual ambiance. They currently have good promotions and one of the few places I've seen so far that have a loyalty program (stamp card). Lynn is my girl!! I literally follow her wherever she goes. I believe this is their second location and I love coming to get my medi pedi done by these lovely women. They're always so welcoming and appreciative. They take their time and when I tell you they clean off every cuticle!! I try to come by once every few months for some self care. My husband loves coming to get his toes cleaned and a nice foot massage. I adore the employees. I saw the great ratings and was excited to be able to book an appointment immediately. It's a small place that likely caters to the hotel in the same complex. I was able to communicate to the pedicurist in English and Cantonese, I believe her name was May. I asked for a red glitter with a clear undertone. She insisted a red undertone would look better so I trusted her judgement. When she was sanding down the previous gel, it hurt a lot, she was quite rough. But it gets worse, she goes off my nail and proceeds to sand my skin, causing a DEEP CUT. It was bleeding and she did nothing about it, she didn't even apologize. She then tried to upsale me on sanding down my heel. No thank you. When it came to the massage after the pedicure, it lasted for less than 2 minutes on each side. The massage was lackluster and barely existed. I went to pay the bill, $41. I gave her a $9 tip, over 20%, she didn't even look at me or thank me for the tip. Basically, I tipped her for cutting my toe! I get home and examine my toes and the nail cuts are all jagged and crooked. Never again. Only positive, it was fairly cheap so I give it 2 stars versus 1. I went in to supercharge my car(15%) around 6 pm on a Monday. They were very friendly , welcoming and took great care of me being that I was a walk in. The staff was very friendly and considerate of my time and the basic pedicure was VERY inexpensive and skillfully done. She provided me with a foot massage and I passed out in the chair. I have been going to this establishment for over a year, and supporting them during the pandemic. I started noticing that they make doing business with white clients, very easy, by allowing them to pay with a credit card. The experience is not the same for African Americans. Black clients are asked to pay cash Only. Black clients are told the reason is because the credit card companies dig into their profits by charging them extra fees when credit card payments are processed. Black customers are inconvenienced by this business, and are asked to go to a nearby ATM, to get cash if they want to have any services performed. White customers are not inconvenienced this way. Only blacks. It say to me that this establishment doesn't treat all customers the same. It tells me that they value white clients, above all other clients. While blacks are not provided with the same effortless customer experience. I find it offensive and it insults ones overall integrity. I care about maintaining my dignity and self esteem. I will not give them my business again. Which side of "doing the right thing" will you be on? read more

I came here on July 10th with a $5 off coupon; I got the regular mani/pedi with a total of $30 +tip. Never have I ever seen nails being painted in such an expert manner! They really know how to paint nails! I had Brenda & Loann both do my nails (hands/feet). Both were amazing! They were so welcome, spent a lot of time on making everything was perfect, & maintained a sweet conversation with me! What I also appreciated about this establishment was how CLEAN it is. They are 100% sanitary & I noticed how strict they were with disposing things, changing equipment, washing hands. The number one thing that stood out the most was how they didn't make my cuticles bleed! Every nail salon I've been to has nicked one of my cuticles & made it bleed profusely (they would apply that stingy anti-bleeding agent). However this is the FIRST place that didn't cut my cuticles too hard or too deep! No bleeding here folks! Give this place a go, it's nice! read more

Truly the poorest experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I went in to have my tips removed- instead of soaking in acetone as thetypical process -they tried to ply off each one of my nails. They insisted acetone "took too much time" so instead they destroyed my nails and tried to pull off each nail one by one (which took incredibly long). Visited this nail spa due to the high ratings... BUT I did not get a 4.5 manicure. First the lady cut my cuticle pretty deep/ on my finger past the cuticle part. She had the nerve to say it was my hands were too dry, which was NOT the case. Then the lady then "got tired" half way through the manicure and had another tech finish up the job. The manicure was only OK, it looks a bit uneven. Also, I got the gel manicure on Saturday and my right thumb chipped after 3 days?!? I do not recommend this place. It's cheaper for a reason as their manicures are not on point... the salon is also NOT busy for a reason. read more
