She kept putting polish over them. Then the owner started to do my nails and she drilled off the tips. One time she tried to talk me into just putting a fresh coat of polish over the previous without drilling the old one off. Last draw, I had a nail appt and I arrived on time. I did not need a pedicure and that was a problem for the owner because she had other people to do and she told me that I would have to wait because I told her that I was going to get a pedicure and that's how she scheduled. I said my appointment has always been set at the same time for a while and a pedicure is not needed. She probably over booked. I went to my old place to get nails done and they were horrorified at the layers of colors on my nails. The new salon said that it should have not been done this way. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional, but her attention to detail and tactful approach made the entire experience unforgettable. I've had a Halo head spa treatment before in South Tampa, and honestly, this location completely outshines the Westshore area one. Everything about it felt elevated and intentional. They exclusively use O Way products ~ a luxurious, organic, Italian-farmed line that felt amazing on my scalp and hair. One of the most mind-blowing parts was the magnifying video camera used to analyze my scalp. It gives real-time insight into dryness, oil buildup, and overall scalp health to customers. It was both fascinating and reassuring to see exactly what was going on. And let's talk about the electric massager in the middle of the treatment ~ pure heaven. Just when I thought it couldn't get better, they finished with a flower elixir poured over my hair, leaving it smelling absolutely divine. The front desk staff were sweet and accommodating, and I have to give major kudos to the owner, a nurse practitioner who clearly poured thought into every detail ~ from the blankets and pillows to the top-tier product selection and, most importantly, the incredible team she's assembled. This was a 5-star luxury experience from start to finish. I can't recommend it enough. I'm already counting down the days until I go back!

I can now pretty confidently say that you've never experienced complete relaxation until you've done this (and I love getting massages, so that's saying something). I decided to go all out and get the Diamond Halo service, which is 75 minutes, and also added on a facial and additional neck and shoulder massage. I had Lorianna (or "Lo") for my service, and she was awesome... I walked out of here at the end feeling like I was floating. I didn't get a blowout since I was just going home afterward anyway, so they give you either a satin scrunchy or a nice hair clip so you don't leave with stringy wet hair. The hair products they use are pricey, but my hair was SUPER soft for days afterward because of the conditioner they use. The salon is clean and they offer free snacks and drinks in the lobby while you wait (which I took advantage of since I got here early for my appointment). I am already looking at my calendar to see when I can go back.

Rene is a true master of hospitality. Her warmth, sincerity, and attention to every detail make you feel like you're her only guest. It's like walking into a private spa that was designed just for you. I brought my daughter here to celebrate her birthday and as a single, working mom and full-time student, I wanted to do something truly meaningful. Rejuvenation Spa delivered an experience beyond what I ever hoped for. I had a massage with Kirsten, and I say this with zero exaggeration: she's among the best I've ever encountered and I've had massages across the globe as a frequent traveler and road warrior. Her intuitive touch and skill are second to none. My daughter was equally pampered, first with an incredible facial by McKenzie (who left her glowing inside and out), and then with a soothing massage from Jasmine that she's still raving about. If you're looking for a gift for someone special or maybe you need to pause, breathe, and recharge, make Rejuvenation Spa your first call. The name says it all. Manicure - again Ok, nothing special, didn't offer any drink and didn't have a lot of colors for manicure to choose from. $40 4. It was a Gift certificate my husband gave me for Xmas, $435.00 I called to ask If I could switch out what he paid for to get a deep tissue message, young girl told me I could not switch out because some of the services were discounted. What! Money is money but ok. Then when getting my nails done, I asked the working girls about it and they told me of course I could have switched it out. They had never heard of that before. Someone needs some training. 5. When I got there, they brought me back, hurried me up, gave me a key to a locker, asked if I wanted a robe, probably since I'm going to be here for 4 hours, then left, didn't tell me where shoes were, mind you the robe would of fitted a 400 pound women and the wrap was as big, I had to hold up everything with my hands. No one ever checked on me or met me in the room they told me to go to. They offered me Mimosa once, never again, and when I asked for water from the message therapist, it was in a coffee cup with a lid throw away kind. For $435.00 You would expect some sort of pampering, and attentiveness. Maybe not a foam cup with lid. 6. While checking out, I told the young girl I wanted to tip the girls, she told me it was included in the certificate. Then she tells me I still have $145 on the certificate. That can't be, are you charging me $145 for a pedicure I did not use? She told me I used $290.00 for spa treatments. That would be full price, not discounted prices she
