When it was time to pay, I was suddenly told the total was 80 dollars instead of the usual 65, because he said the service took too long. I was never informed during the service that I was taking additional time or that there would be an extra fee at the end. And if I had been told up front, I could have made an informed decision about whether to continue. When I spoke with the owner about it, she explained that the technician said the service took too long. However, I felt my concerns were dismissed because the owner simply repeated what the technician had said, without acknowledging the lack of upfront communication about the fee. Because of the way the situation was handled by the owner and the lack of communication, I will not be returning. I left feeling very disappointed and unappreciated as a customer.
