Well done. Due to an unfortunate car accident, my prior hair stylist had to retire. With an upcoming speaking engagement, I decided to give the Hair Cuttery a try. I was promptly greeted and noticed that it was a very busy place. I saw that as a good thing. The wait area is basic, but neat, clean and features a wall full of products to use at home. After a short wait, a very nice lady named Hui came up front to escort me to her chair. She asked the typical questions and looked at what was there to form a plan. It's easy to spot a confident professional and that describes Miss Hui. She got me back in shape and on my way. My wife was pleased with the result. I will go back. read more

Horrible place! It's impossible to make an appointment! They don't honor their appointments made on line or on the phone. Very messy place and workers Don't go there read more

Ashley was AMAZING!!! She met my request perfectly!! Always scary you put your hair in the hands of someone new. She did NOT disappoint.

I normally have a good experience here but today was weird. I was next on their check in list but the next free hairdresser took someone before me. I said I thought I was next and she said the next lady will get me once she is free. She was nice about it but very dismissive and broke protocol by not taking the next in line. read more

Stephanie and her stylists are amazing! I needed my hair styled for multiple occasions, and I have never been disappointed. My girls love Hair Cuttery, and I even let my daughter get her hair colored here. That is how much I love the crew. Once you go, you are like family, and everyone will take care of you for anything you need. I highly recommend the relaxing, professional experience of the Hair Cuttery. read more

Emily was amazing! She did exactly what I wanted her to do and was easy to chitchat with. I will definitely be coming back when I am in town! read more

This was my first time at Hair Cuttery. I'm happy to say it was a very pleasant appointment. Emily did a great job...my hair was a challenge. it was growing out from a bad cut. Emily was attentive and helpful with suggestions for coloring and cut. I am so glad I found Emily! read more

Loved my hair but they turn people away saying g they are to busy but their next appointment isn't for ten minutes.

Sydney is a true magician with scissors! Her attention to detail and skill in crafting men's (and women's) haircuts is absolutely exceptional. My mother and I leave her salon feeling confident and refreshed every time. Sydney is the go-to hairdresser for top-notch cuts, coloring, and style! read more

This place used to be nice then COVID Happened or else who knows. You used to be able to walk in and get your hair cut .. not anymore! Three times I went there and I was told nobody could cut my hair meanwhile they had one person working and two sitting on their chairs with their cellphones... funny thing I made sure I asked if I needed an appointment and she even said NO I will never be returning to this location again read more

I have to update my review, the manager call me her name is Erika joys, she offer to bring smile back to client so I have appointment with her she did cut my hair and blow out my hair really good, thank you so much Erika! Review last time: My first time is here is really great, Michele cut colour and style my hair perpectly, I was out feel awesome but second time I came Crystal do my hair, Its awfull I pail $169 for colour and full foil but the result is awful not only that she not even colour the back of my hair when I complain she blame on my hair whos been colour many times and I need to come at least 3 times to get colour I want, Wth I'm back from overseas and every where around the world when I sit down in the salon for 3,5 hours The stylist will deliver what ever colour you want, if will be nice if crytal just said sorry rather than getting loud trying to find excuse for her poor job on my hair, I wish I have Michele that day, Bad hair make me cry ! read more

Sarah and the whole team or great everything was quick and efficient and with lack of time this is the perfect setting for me my hair looks great silky and smooth feel like a new person read more

I had a highlight/color service with Michelle. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. They are very welcoming. I painted a specific detail of how I wanted my hair, and although it came out beautifully, Michelle had said to me the colors didn't pop as bright as she wanted them, and immediately offered for me to come back and correct it. I can't tell you how rare this is and how much I appreciate a stylist saying "Hey, I know this isn't exactly what you wanted so we can fix it!" instead of trying to pass it off (it did still look gorgeous) and move onto the next client. Michelle really listened to me and ensured we would be able to get to the style I wanted- super awesome. read more

Not trained to do a blowout. Had to spend 20+ minutes at home to fix. Waste of money for sure. Would not recommend nor return.

Sarah did a great job on my hair! I came in to have my clip-in extensions put it and an updo done. My price was discussed in the the consultation and was agreed upon. I was at the register, being rung out, the manager left her client in the shampoo bowl to run to the front of the salon to tell Sarah (infront of me as well) that there is an additional charge (almost $20 higher) for putting in my extensions. (I've never had to pay for this in the past). I was blown away at the lack of profesionalism from the manager. I already agreed to a price and unexpectedly had to pay a much higher price. To announce that infront of a client and to leave your client does not set a good look for yourself and to the rest of the salon. What a lack of leadership and profesionalism!!! I wish I was able to give Sarah 5 stars because she definately deserves it, the manager deserves 0. read more

I have been following Candace around as a loyal client for over 10 yrs and I now drive 26 miles for her to cut my hair. This last time, she out did herself! I love the cut, the style, the length. I told her I wanted Bethanny Frankel's cut, I pulled out my phone, showed her a pic, and she went to work on my hair. I have had nothing but compliments on my cut. I am always greeted by a courteous staff when I come in, the place is clean and kept up. Nothing but 5 stars for Candace and Hair Cuttery! Worth the drive for me. read more

First I would like to apologize for my reviews of this place. I said things that were very hateful towards someone who works here and to be honest that's just not me. With everything going on in today's world I would like to inspire love instead of hate. I'm sorry. This is a wonderful place with some pretty cool stylists. My bad experience was merely because of time. I wasn't treated fairly when I was skipped by another customer who came in after me with no explanation as to why when I was already waiting longer than expected. Things like that can really get to customers when they don't know the ins and outs to a hair salon. Overall I'm sorry I over reacted with pure hate and anger. Just be honest with the customer. If it's going to be over half an hour wait time then caution me so I know and can be prepared to wait or come back. It's fair. If they still get mad well then you can say, "You should've called and made an appointment." So thank you to all the stylists that I had as you may know I'm bad with names and I hope god forgives me for my sins. read more

My daughter and I had been wanting haircuts for weeks. The last hair cut was at a different Hair Cuttery, before that a great clips, and we were still looking for another place still searching for a place we can count on after 2.5 years of living in the area. Well, we checked in online. We got there on time, but we're left waiting a while. We had time and didn't mind plus the place was hopping and we hoped that was a good sign. I went back first, then my daughter. Kim did a great job on my hair. I will see her again! I was worried about my daughter's hair because she cut off several inches- she was going from long to short in one haircut and Dee talked with her about her hair and had a plan at the beginning and really knew what she was doing. She styled it nicely and my daughter was so happy. I know we finally found a place we can come back to more than once! read more

When my daughter made my appt, haircut & color was $59 The stylist decided to do what she wanted, & told me , $230 + tip usually 20%.. was floored. Why coloring my gray wasn't enough, I don't know & when I asked what was in the small bowl, 2 md step, it was bleach , I didn't ask nor need bleach...she also is the AM & too busy ,left me to wait on others & colored another clients hair...I am legally blind & cant even see the color so bleach was not needed. I was there 3 hours & my daughter came back because I hadn't called & was very sad cause I didn't even have my haircut yet! read more

I don't usually spoil myself when it comes to haircuts. I am low maintenance, and I work from home. But I had a super busy week last week, and I needed a little pampering. I was a walk in. I was tended to quickly. The stylist was amazing! I was so tired I forget her name. I told her what I was looking for. She pulled up pictures of ideas she had, and was right on the button with what I was looking for. She washed my hair. Cut it, explaining what she was doing. And then blew it dry. She took time after to explain the cut, and did a few adjustments to make sure I was 100% happy. I will definitely use this salon again when I am in the area! read more

Thank you, Kim for taking care of my haircut. I am new in town, trying out a new place to cut my long hair was a bit nerve wracking but you made me a fan and your new client. You and Holly were very sweet for taking me in with such short notice; babysitting comes random and at the least expected times. I greatly appreciate it and my husband loves it. read more

This is a great place! I called ahead and Holly was able to book a cut and color the same day. I am really pleased with the cut, color and highlights we decided to try. It was a thorough process and she was so friendly and the conversation was great. I will definitely be a regular. read more
