I was so nervous about using a new injector but I was getting married and desperately needed tweaking! I did my research, checked out credentials and took a leap by making an appointment with Leann. It's like the universe was looking out for me and guided me right to her because I have NEVER looked better! She took time to explain everything she was doing and how the overall look would settle in. She did my Botox and lip filler, assuring me that I would look great on my big day. Not only did I look absolutely gorgeous, I actually FELT beautiful! Leann is the only person I'll ever go see again for my injections- I would follow her anywhere!!

When I went back my esthetician Melanie was very accommodating and asked lots of questions to make sure she was giving me the best service and to accomplish what I want from the service. She also walks you through the steps, so no surprises and you know exactly what is going on and why she is doing or using certain products. She continually checked to make sure I was ok. She combined it with something that was called Vanity insanity. The facial light is to help with the spots and wrinkles and I'm not as young as I used to be lol I definitely loved the chill setting and my back was 40% better than when I laid down. I will go back. Owner called and plainly said she would not refund and also stated she couldn't make money if she offered refunds.. So it seems to me the only way she makes money is by keeping unearned money?! I would never go to this business for ANY service now even if it was free. Terrible customer service! I contacted my credit card company and will now be contacting the BBB. IT IS NOT STATED ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE ABOUT A NO REFUND POLICY. I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS THAT I SHARED WITH MY CARD COMPANY AND NOW THE BBB IN CASE SHE ADDS IT NOW.
