Now I'd like to rave about how much she's helped relieve me of chronic pain in a few areas I thought would never go away. I get lower back pain from time to time due to my profession and active lifestyle. Having kids to run after definitely adds to the daily stress my body takes. Melissa knew exactly where to pinpoint the problem areas and gave me tips on what to do in order to prevent or alleviate some of the bad habits that can lead to some of the pain. I was also having some pain in my elbow after the initial quarantine. It was due to being inactive for weeks and then suddenly finding myself back at the gym and lifting weights again. She used this cupping/rolling method on my forearm and arm, and also noticed that I was resting my wrist improperly which was adding to the pain. I was there about an hour and half. I left feeling great and that it was money well spent. So much so, I booked 2 more of the same treatments, each 2 weeks apart but on a Friday at 5:00 pm. I show up for the 2nd appointment at 4:55 pm and she was still with the previous client. So I waited 20 mins for my session to begin. Again, no biggie. This time however my treatment only lasted an hour total and she really only messaged the left side of my back. I had to ask for the right side, which she did and then moved right into the cranial release. Once done, I paid (for the full hour, full body message and cranial release) and was back in my car an hour after my appointment started. My body felt good, but I felt like I was imposing on her for taking the appointment time she offered! I canceled the 3rd appointment and won't be back. It's a bummer because that first visit was amazing.

I arrived at 1:10pm for a 1:30pm appointment with Beth. I went to use the restroom prior to 1:30pm and when I came out of the restroom, I was advised which room to go wait in. Beth walked in surprised to see me there, said she was running behind. Please keep in mind, again, I arrived at 1:10pm and NO ONE left, it was just me waiting. Beth handed me the wrap and left the room. I changed into the wrap and was on the bed waiting at 1:35pm. She came in at 1:37pm and began the facial. I was unable to just relax and enjoy as she is heavy handed, and her movements are very quick. Felt almost like she wanted to get finished with the facial as quick as possible. She did, she finished at 2:21pm. I said, oh, only 45 minutes, supposed to be an hour. She advised me it had been 50 minutes. 1:37pm to 2:21pm is exactly 44 minutes. As well, when I went to check out, I was charged $50.00, NOT $49.00 which is what was advertised. Erica said it is $49.99. Wrong, the picture clearly shows $49.00.
