Recently had a disappointing experience at Rosario NailBar, located at 1538 Lakeview Dr, Sebring, FL 33870, but I believe it's an opportunity to learn and grow. My friend paid $90 upfront for services that were discussed and agreed upon, but due to some misunderstandings, we decided not to proceed. The owner informed us that if we left, we would lose our money. When I went to discuss the issue with the owner, she refused to talk to me and even told me I'm not allowed in the shop. I was surprised by her unprofessional behavior, but I'm choosing to focus on finding a resolution. The owner kept the $90 without providing any service, and when I mentioned taking it to court, she seemed unconcerned. She always greets you with a smile. The shop has seen many upgrades and improvements in the past year. The pani chairs are equipped with different settings for a massage. It is an added bonus that gives you a wonderful experience and leaves you feeling very relaxed. The mani chairs are very comfortable with thick soft leather and cushioned seats. Cindy offers you water or Vietnamese coffee which she makes individually. It tastes mildly sweet and has a nice foam. Cindy employs several manicurists who are equally as pleasant. Several are family members. Cindy's Nails also offers a variety of services, from shampooing, lash extensions, permanent makeup, massages, facials, waxing and more! I am always satisfied with the quality and the amount of time I am given at Cindy's Nails. There is no need to make a reservation.

I have been a regular visitor at this massage studio. I think their hygiene lacks. I went there for…read morea massage two days later I had a fungal infection and believe me it's a burning sensation you don't want to experience. The massage was mediocre until she flipped me over and massaged me with used towels probably from the patron she was massaging in the room next door. After your massage to get the oil off you ask for dry towels only. Wet towels transfer bacteria from the other patrons to the wet towel to you. Hence receiving fungal infection where ever she used the towel on your body. I have never received this from this place but they are getting lazy or cheap and don't change towels or linens. Clean it up ladies before you really cause someone harm.
