I came to FL about eight years ago to take care of my elderly mother and this was her place. Her hair was cut here, and Perms were done here. She also got her Manis and Pedis here. I brought her at least once a month and often more. Along the way I started getting my own pedicure. Soooo, this is a five-year update review. Customer Service- Exceptional! They are especially good at accommodating changes in appointment times when needed. My pedicurist Texts so there is no need to play VM tag and that is much appreciated! Cleanliness- They are obsessed! Everything is sanitized and sterilized to the Nth degree. I have zero worries about cross-contamination. Performance- I am always seated within five minutes of the appointed time. I never have a complaint and there is never a slip and any pain. The foot and leg massages are included and excellent. Pricing- My Pedi has always been $35 + tip even through and after the pandemic. I find that very fair. There is a reason these fine folks have been around for over thirty years! They take care of you in every way!

I went there for…read morea massage two days later I had a fungal infection and believe me it's a burning sensation you don't want to experience. The massage was mediocre until she flipped me over and massaged me with used towels probably from the patron she was massaging in the room next door. After your massage to get the oil off you ask for dry towels only. Wet towels transfer bacteria from the other patrons to the wet towel to you. Hence receiving fungal infection where ever she used the towel on your body. I have never received this from this place but they are getting lazy or cheap and don't change towels or linens. Clean it up ladies before you really cause someone harm.
