Previously came and got a pedicure(french tip) lady was extremely rude and burned a scar on my foot somehow, before the water was even in the tub.Days later my nail broke in half i left it alone maybe it was my own doing. Anyways, came in again and the lady I received was nice just brand new and needs practice. As i asked to fix the previously broken nail with acrylic she asked the other lady for help in which she responded in a horrible rude way. Instantly made me feel bad for asking for that. (It's pretty standard to get acrylic on big toes). I rarely come to get my toes done so I like to enjoy when I do. But again I was here for almost 2.5 hours while people all around me were finishing within the hour if not 30 mins. I don't mind being a test dummy, but she was waiting on help from someone else which that help seemed to never come. As Lee noticed i was getting frustrated he then got onto said new person, which i intervened and let him know that it is not her fault and that his workers are rude and I just want my toes completed. He then instead of having the customer service skills most bosses should have he argued with me in quite a rude way. I don't appreciate the rudeness. Would not recommend. read more

I love Lee's! I am never dida when I got in there and they are always so welcoming. Anytime I need help deciding on a color they consider everything, like my undertones and the season. Lee does great work and the prices are great compared to other salons in the area. I could not recommend them more! read more

I have gone here many times and usually am quite happy at the results. On Saturday I went to have a M/P. I asked for a M/P and was told by the young man at the desk to take a seat to wait. No problem. After 20 min of waiting the young man asked me are you waiting for someone. No, I said I asked for a M/P. I was then rushed through a $60 service that took less time then others who were already there. This was because they were taking a group that another location could not handle. I will now find a new provider. But, I will ask that provider if they are associated with Lee's. I don't mind paying for good service and tip $20 to the nail tech. As a retired business manager this is not how I taught my team to provide superior customer service. read more

Just moved in the area and I was recommended to check it out. What a great find! The manicurist was the sweetest and very professional. She did an amazing job and I will go back to her. The other colleagues were attentive. The place was very clean and have great quality mail polish. I did regular and wow, it is the fifth day and they're still on. I have gone to other places and the nail polish goes away by the next day. read more

I went to get a Brazilian and an underarm wax. I've been waxed multiple times before at different places. This place is the worst experience I've ever had. The person who waxed me was lee sung and the process was very slow and painful. Same strips and applicators used multiple times. And the woman was very slow. She let the soft wax dry on me and clump. She kept applying the strip and ripping it off over and over in the same spot. I had to cut that appointment short. They wouldn't let me get half off for the Brazilian but I just wanted to get as far away from there as possible. I was not letting her do my underarms. read more

Wonderful nail salon! Extremely clean and has a large variety of nail colors to choose from. My nail technician Kevin always does such a great job. I've been to previous salons and Have always had problems with the nail polish chipping or the nail dip coming off. With Kevin they last 4 weeks! THE nail technicians CARE & take the time to make sure you're getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here! read more

This is a review for just gel nails, my nail tech moved and someone recommended this Lee nails. My appointment was at 11:00 and I had paid and was walking out the door by 11:38. I asked Andy to not soak my nails in water before the application of gel because then my nail plate would be wet and my nails do not do well when the nail plate is wet. I guess that is what is used to soften the cuticle because cuticle softener was not used! He was not happy about me asking, tried to soak my left hand and again I said no. It was downhill from there on! I was under the lamp to cure no more than 45 seconds per application, he was in a hurry! Maybe he was having a bad day?!? It was just uncomfortable. I have an appointment for a pedicure on Friday with someone else I hope it goes better! The owner was nice, friendly and helpful, it was very clean. So positives should be mentioned along with negatives. read more
