My friend paid $90 upfront for services that were discussed and agreed upon, but due to some misunderstandings, we decided not to proceed. The owner informed us that if we left, we would lose our money. When I went to discuss the issue with the owner, she refused to talk to me and even told me I'm not allowed in the shop. I was surprised by her unprofessional behavior, but I'm choosing to focus on finding a resolution. The owner kept the $90 without providing any service, and when I mentioned taking it to court, she seemed unconcerned.
